Kari CAbsolutely awful customer service. Had to wait for an hour on someone to show up, and when they did they were unhelpful, slow, and couldn’t answer the most basic questions about the truck I had reserved. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at UHaul or anywhere! Miserable experience and wasted my valuable time. I do not understand why they are allowed by UHaul to operate as a subsidiary if they act so poorly. Truly an embarrassment for the company and a massive frustration for me.

Kamran BThis was a good location however I reserved the Uhaul specifically to pick up at 5pm but this location closes sooner so I had to make adjustments to my schedule to facilitate Uhaul. There are other locations in the Columbia area that stays open later so I do not know why the system defaulted me to pick up at this location.
STEVEN TEverything went smoothly. Drop off was easy. My only concern was I had a 10am pick up and the desk didnt open until 1030am. Everything worked out because there was a uhaul employee in his truck in the parking lot that was able to process the pick up.

KENNETH HLots of confusion the days leading up to my reservation, uhaul contacting me that they did not have a 10ft truck available when I made this reservation way in advance. When I went to pick up truck fuel was at 3/8 of a tank. I would suggest that when picking up trucks especially knowing they are heading out of state should be fueled to full.
MONIKA RDrop off was a breeze! Easy "In & Out" location near University of South Carolina campus. Kenny was very helpful and returned my call, assuring me he would take good care of my daughter. Well Done!

James PFor some reason, the area where the U-Haul keys are given out wasn't open at this store until after 11am on this particular day. I was there earlier than that and had to wait for at least 45 minutes for someone to show up. While the person who gave me the keys was pleasant, the process was very slow even with nobody else in the store. I ended up driving to a full-service U-Haul facility less than a mile away to get supplies as there was nothing in this very old auto parts store I wanted. Not sure why I picked this location anyway with a full-service U-Haul facility so close by.

Larry LMy trailer was not at the location that I was given in my reservation. I had to find out only when I arrived that it had to go to this location to pick it up. When I got here, the person behind the counter was pleasant, but not expedient. This location also did not have any moving supplies nor the trailer lock that I had pre-purchased, so I had to go back to the original location to retrieve those items. It made for a less than ideal process.
Kenneth HOffice staff does not particularly like dealing with the U-Haul Trailers. To quote her "I don't know why they (the Management) mess with U-Haul it's a waste of time."

stanley rI reserved a 6x12 enclosed trailer online. It was accepted in your system, and I was given a confirmation number. When we got to the location to pick up the trailer, we were told that they did not have a trailer for us and have never had any trailers. They only ever have one box truck. We tried another location near by and they had no 6x12's available. That person got on his computer and was able to locate a 6x12 in a different town, so we went there and were able to get the 6x12 from them. Ridiculous. How could your system accept and confirm a reservation for a Uhaul location that never ever has trailers of any sorts?

TODD SI personally thought that you sent me way too many messages. You wanted me to save time and go through an online "registration ". Sent me several reminders to do it like I really had time to do it. When I finally got around to doing it I couldn't finish it because it was only showing a round trip form and mine was one-way. I also wanted to rent from a particular location which they said I couldn't do. Told me the location for pickup and then later changed it to a completely different location. Overall, I was pleased with the van and the lady at Kenny's Auto. Thanks
