Absolutely awful customer service. Had to wait for an hour on someone to show up, and when they did they were unhelpful, slow, and couldn’t answer the most basic questions about the truck I had reserved. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had at UHaul or anywhere! Miserable experience and wasted my valuable time. I do not understand why they are allowed by UHaul to operate as a subsidiary if they act so poorly. Truly an embarrassment for the company and a massive frustration for me.

Kamran BThis was a good location however I reserved the Uhaul specifically to pick up at 5pm but this location closes sooner so I had to make adjustments to my schedule to facilitate Uhaul. There are other locations in the Columbia area that stays open later so I do not know why the system defaulted me to pick up at this location.
