Cab and cargo area was very dirty and they didn't bother to clean before renting and had to put air in one of the rear tires of the trailer, as it was under 10 lb. Young lady at counter got confused checking me in and was not wearing a mask!Edson M.

When I rented the truck everything went very smooth, went home and packed up the truck, and finished BUT I called uhaul road side assistants to help bc the white latch got stuck in the roof, and waited an hour for them to come, the guy from road side called the operator sent him to an entire different state of which I wasn't even in. Canceled him and called back to get another road side guy and was NEVER sent any help. Finally had to flag down a kind and willing cop who the fixed my truck problem. Very upset with uhaul road side assistances, they were of NO help to me at all, even when I explained my situation that I needed to leave in a hurry bc my ex husband is a very violent man!!!Diane B.

I chose this location because it is a well known, almost nostalgic business in the area since 1946. The very unfriendly man behind the counter unable to conduct U-Haul business. Only one staff member is able to operate the system, she isn't there when they open. Should have been a red flag when I got a txt message saying I needed to pick it up two hours early bc no one would be there to assist me at 12 noon. When I returned the unit, the same uninterested and incapable man was there, was told to just leave unit in parking lot and someone would email me, still no confirmation from point of rental. There are a lot of U-Haul rental location in our area we will certainly choose any other than Kenny's next time.RYAN W.

Not real happy with this experience been a Uhaul user for many years multiple times per year this time I think I was charged wrong and the dealer could not change the invoice from what was on the computer don't know what else I should do or where to turn to get this straightened out thank you Michael CampbellMichael Sidney C.

I rented a 6x12 trailer. There was no one there to assist me getting it off of my hitch and it was too heavy for one person. Would be nice to have a better system on the heavier trailers to allow a single person to put it on/off.David A.

The starboard side tire strap was broken and tied in a knot around the inboard d-ring. Which made it shorter on that side, creating a dangerously unstable vehicle securing situation.JONATHAN W.

The truck I got had a broken passenger side rear-view mirror. It was incredibly dangerous and the truck should not be on the road until fixed. The mirror had obviously been smashed recently. The glass was broken and the mirror no longer held any kind of position. I stayed in the left hand lane on highways at all times because it was impossible to safely determine the position of traffic on the passenger side.brian K.

This location is not clearly a U-Haul drop-off. I knew the address but did not have the name and was unable to find it. Additionally, they were closed when I dropped off the truck so I cannot comment on the location itself or the personnel.JEREMY T.
The location where i picked up the truck was fine however somehow they didn't get my reservation. i feel this was uhauls fault and not Drake's. I was sent back and forth between two different locations before finally getting a truck. I was extremely frustrated and will never move using a uhaul truck ever again.
