No one walked around the vehicle with me; nor showed me how anything worked; in fact, I was pulled over on the highway because my rear door was OPEN; it hadn't been locked. That could have had devastating consequences. Please have a teammate take a quick walk around the vehicle and not assume that we know how everything works / that the rear door is locked.
