Truck has suspension issue. RF strut/shock may be blown as the RF corner bounces 3-4 times after hitting a bump and seemingly spent the whole trip bouncing up and down. LF did not do this. Right mirror was pointed at the side of the truck and couldn't be adjusted as the pivot was rusted solid. At night, this caused the headlights of the car behind you to reflect directly in my eyes making it impossible to see. I had to drive with my right hand held up, blocking the reflected light which meant driving with one hand. Vehicle is unsafe and shouldn't have been rented out like this. BTW, I have been a mechanic for almost 50 years...

Nothing. The service, facility and equipment were all way above my expectations. Very easy to work with, not like another local company Air Base Mini Storage who the reservation #21832869 was originally booked with. all they could say was NO, No and No. Where Tracy at Kent Oil & Propane evaluated my situation and made my move very easy and stress free.

I have rented A LOT of UHAUL equipment in the last few months (I must be doing something wrong in life)from large box trucks to move my son, small box trucks to move my mom, and now a car dolly to recover a family members car that broke down. ALL of the experiences have been positive, but I have to say, Kent Oil and Propane is top of the list. The facility was immaculate. Most important, the equipment I needed to haul a car 200 miles was flawless, clean, and safe. And the rental agent was the most pleasant and personable person you could hope to work with. Overall, great experience and I will definitely go back, assuming karma continues to plague me for what ever I did to anger the universe and I must continue to be free labor for - apparently everyone. :)

Probably one of the better U-Haul experiences in my opinion. Clean facility and friendly customer service. Definitely recommend.

Truck had bird droppings all over it and the inside windows are never clean.

Only online and per phone available staff. Otherwise it’s a deserted place. Online check-in is not intuitive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL PLACE. Especially when moving which is stressful, any UNNECESSARY stress like poor cell phone reception at the rental place when all rental needs to be done online is a bad service for the customer. This place puts a bad reputation for UHAUL. Of note, I was there Friday early afternoon, during normal business hours.

I never went into the building but the woman that helped me found the EZPass in the truck and tried to give it to me. It wasn't mine, but had been in the truck the whole time so I'm assuming someone else got charged for my travels.

My agreement was originally for pick up in Newark,DE. The day before I was called by regional and had to drive roughly 50 miles to get my truck, instead of down the street from my house. Second time this has happened. Personnel at Kent Oil were super helpful and friendly.

After first 3 reserved cancellations, 4th able truck was so far away that it got me so late and put me in difficult situation that I almost wasted my day in just moving to new apartment.
