The location was easy to find. Trying to manoeuvre the instructions on my U-Haul account to access the keys was NOT USER FRIENDLY. After a certain step nothing happened so we had to call to get the code for the lockbox. The lock was not easy to open, suggestion…..perhaps they need wd40 to ensure easy opening, it was frustrating. It seemed that your website was confusing at times.

When chose the in person check in. No one was there. When I finally accessed the truck NONE OF THE ITEMS I BOOKED AND PAID ONLINE WAS THERE (no dolly, no furniture dolly, no blankets) so I had to call U-Haul for assistance and drove to Hope to get a dolly

There was no staff available when I arrived for drop off at 1:30 on the afternoon on a Thursday. The day for drop off I got calls at 10:30, 10:45, 2:30, and 2:58. I feel I was harrased all while trying to unload the uhaul. I told the company the dealership in the previous province hooked up the trailor and I would not feel comfortable detaching and it is just me. I was told 2 times it was fine. On the day of, for a 3rd time they insisted it was my job to detach to where I said to t the same young man the other 3 times. I can not do that. This location has cameras all around thier compound. I was also told earlier they saw me on the cameras. So I know they saw me on thier location unloading at 1:30pm. It was hot out at 24° and I was tired after a 5 day drive. With zero understanding from the Morrow location! The man was rude on the phone and at one point even said to me. Don't get smart with me mam just tell me an answer. I said you can clearly see me unloading the uhaul..At this point it was 2 hours later and was 3pm and I told them I am almost done and I will be done at 3:30. So I get another call asking me if it will be available by 6pm and will I be done at 5pm..I told him I will be gone in 30 minutes. Obviously if I am done at 3:30pm it will be available at 5pm. By this time I was very annoyed with the rude dude who was now harassing me at this point. I finished and in the midst of being tired and hot. I put the key in the drop box without getting the odometer #. I called to apologized at 3:45, while by then I went for dinner. Friday morning I wake up to a ridiculous bill of an additional $142 after just paying $2500 in uhail rental and gas. I called him to complain of the absurd charges! He was once again rude and gave me a phone number to take it up with uhaul because they billed me. I said this bill is from your location and is clearly a money grab! He was charging me a cleaning fee after he could clearly see me on camera with a broom sweeping out and taking all the garbage out of the truck. But again had someone at 6pm to come get it so they were getting oaid 2 tumes in one day for the same truck. Then a after hours service fee?? When i left it at 3:30pm on a Thursday... OK!! Then he charged me for a extra day for the truck and trailor. Mind you the trailor was offer free with the purchase of insurance. So why would I be billed anything for a free trailor. I really can't even believe this is a registered uhaul dealership. The rudeness, unproffesionalism and now the untrust I have.for this location is astonishing!! I would never ever consider this location EVER!! I am now waiting for uhaul management to authorize the unrealistic and unjustified charges to me. This kid that answers the phone should be fired and this location shouldn't even have any partnerships with uhaul. I have used uhaul many times, no issues at all! But this location impeded on my personal boundaries... I felt harassed and now also stealing money from me!! How can this even be called a business to make up fake charges and get away with treating customers in this way!!! I am disgusted I was treated this way. I am not impressed with the bogus charges! I will be pursuing support from uhaul directly!! This experience makes me not want to support this business with unreliable locations like this available to the public. YUCK I guess anyone can be a uhaul vendor these days... personally I will take my business elsewhere! If I could give zero stars, I would!

My picp up location for a one way , was 85km form my move.

Returned on a Sunday. The location was closed. I had to call a number to speak to someone (Kent Storage guy) who gave me instructions on how to open the gate for myself and other customers. We had issues with mobile check out. Office was closed. Ended up having to call Uhaul main number and speak to a representative. We end up speaking to Kent storage guy again who said he will just manually check it in we can leave. Took two days to get a receipt - they charged me 35$ extra for gas during the manual check in despite putting gas in to the same amount at pick up. Had pictures so had to call Uhaul main number again and spent 30 minutes sorting it out.

Wipers where old and needed replacing. Person was 1 hour late in contacting me! The contact phone number was incorrect and only took messages. The pick up location was 1 hour from my location and when i asked for a mikeage discount i was told NO.

customer service was really poor I had few concern about truck but who ever I was talking over the phone he didn't care ,fuel tank wasn't even 1/2 We called him and told them we took pictures and video but he didn't care at all he said inspection has has been done ,Rude behaver I will never recommend to any of my friend or family member. We request U-haul to look into it .

Dropped truck off at night to find a $72 charge on my credit card from uhaul. The gas on the form was a lot higher then it was when i picked it up. I took a picture because i was never given a pre trip checklist texted To me because i had to swap trucks due to a flat tire. Maybe kent storage could’ve phoned me as i have a picture of the actual gas gauge at the time of pickup, but no they just charge my credit card for something i didnt even do. Worst experience with uhaul ive ever had. Thanks a lot uhaul.

I was clear with them that I would not have a cell phone on me I was awfully lucky that the taxi driver did because I had to phone to unlock the lock box to get the key to the truck it did not have the dolly in it as I had ordered and it only had half a tank of gas.

The customer service person could have been more clear about going in early. They should ensure paper work matches the vehicle znd customer to save everyone stress.The day before we had been advised the size of truck we reserved was not going to be available. Plus it was 150kms away from where we were originally made that arrangement. Very stressful. We are aware this person there did not have anything to do with that part. But it was one more piece.

When we returned the truck, the contact number we used was answered by someone who just said, "Hello" instead of "Thanks for calling uhaul." or "Uhaul". It didn't seem very professional. Parking lot wasn't paved.

I booked my pick up at a location that was convenient for me moving out of Chilliwack. Just before I travel out to pick up my rental truck, my pickup location changes to not just another town but one 40 minutes away! Now my plans are altered and our moving timelines are screwed up. Why do you promise a pick up at one location yet change it at your convenience. I’m just glad I got the size I ordered. I’ve ordered this size before and ended up with a 3 ton! A customer makes plans based on what they have ordered, try and honour those requests. I know! I’m sure in all the fine print in the contract it states uhaul reserves the right to change anything but it’s just frustrating .

Hello uHaul staff, I reserved a 20' uHaul 3 months before our moving date. I was assured I would receive a call no later than 3 days before our moving day to confirm our booking. However, I received a call one day prior to our moving date saying that you do not have the truck we booked. I fail to see the purpose of reservation if you cannot procure the truck we reserved. We were told we could use a 15' truck, not ideal, but we could make it work. However, I received a call 2 hours later (a quick reminder this was the day before our move) saying that the 15' truck we booked (were forced to use) was out for repair and we could not use it the day of our move. The quickest your attendant Ryan said we could get it was Wednesday morning, the day after we needed to load our truck and move). This was unacceptable and after some questioning, he said he might be able to get it to us at 3 pm on our move day but he would call to confirm in the morning. He did not confirm, so I called him asking about the truck to which he replied, "yea, arent you there to pick it up"? And I replied, "no, I was waiting for confirmation". So, I go to pick up the truck to see that the check engine light is on. I let someone know through your online connection form and proceeded on our trip. All in all, this was a stressful experience where every expectation we had regarding customer service was horribly lacking. I would not recommend uHaul to anyone based on our experience and I hope this review instills change and compensation for us for the experience. Cody

Terrible customer service!!!! No one on site. The hours listed were not honored. I’ll never deal with u haul again. When I finally was able to get in contact with a representative, they were not willing to provide me any help. I certainly hope I’m not responsible for topping off the fuel after driving and extra hour and a half and the hassle and frustration I endured.

I dropped the truck of 15 mins late because once again I was forced to drive to another municipality. They where closed!. I called the number on the door and the fellow that answered was rude, I believe I woke him up. Later I received a notice that you charged me for a Half day rental, claiming I returned the truck after 1pm. I have proof via phone call that I was there at 10:15 am!!!. I would not recommend them and will in the future find another company

There’re was no sign indicating Uhaul No person on sight. We were hoodwinked into travelling 60 klm out of our pick up zone without knowledge until day before move. The cab of the truck smelt like cigarettes. The truck was muddy on outside and full of Dust in the box which had to be swept out. The seal was broken on the passenger side back door lift , so water seeped through the boxes and TV , Mattress, adjustable, etc… This move was beyond stressful.

I was instructed to take truck to chilliwack yarrow bit we have major flooding and is not a very good time to get any vehicles In and out of the area, I called traffic and they were able to have me take it to this location I instructed that I would be dropping off at 11pm at night for and that there is a key drop there, we'll there is a key drop there but no access to it I called the facility at 1030 pm the gentleman answered said they were closed I stated truck was there I just need somewhere to leave key he said no we are closed come back tomorrow while he sat in his house and there was a 60 foot walk to the fence my question is if it's locked up facility have the key box placed on the inside of yard at gate line so clients can put key in box, I had to drive 3 hours to drop off key today and was lucky to have are it there as the highway is only to be used by essential users which has been laid out by our government due to the major weather events and destruction in our area, for the most part I am happy with uhaul but definitely wasn't to pleased with this one, hopefully the next one is a little smoother.

The gas gauge was recorded at 1/4 tank. It was BELOW that and as a result, 1) when I returned it at exactly 1/4 tank (more than when I got it) I was charged $60 extra, and 2) the 'low gas light' came on within 5 minutes of driving it. How about giving your customers some gas to get out of the lot next time????

Kent Storage was fantastic. What is NOT fantastic is U-haul. Lately every time I deal with you have been a disappointment. In this case i was promised a truck in Chilliwack, when it was time to pick up you had changed it to Agassiz without even asking or telling me. It's outrageous and I will rent from somebody else next time. It's obvious that you can not be trusted in such in such an important moment such as a full move.

I had an issue with cost of the rental and it was handled excellently by Vanessa Cortisano Bartolomo. I would suggest that the truck rental should be supplied with a full tank of gas so that the renter can return withe same so there would be no fuel issues. Thank you Vanessa.

The 6x12 tandem axle trailer is almost too heavy for one person to lift onto a trailer ball, a mobile lifting device at the yard would help. A 2x4 timber would do the trick. Other than that my experience was excellent.

The trailer that I booked the day before and received a confirmation number, was for unknown reasons given to another customer. A covered trailer was subsequent ed for the same price which sorted out well. Kevin was very hel.

Charged $40 (still unresolved) for an extra day even though truck was dropped off at 8:30; 30 minutes before deadline Attempted to return the truck at the location the night before (11pm) but gates were closed and no key drop box visible by the fence. No instructions were given on how to return the truck after hours.

No one was available to facilitate pick up when we arrived. Took more than 30 min to get the keys. We had already driven more than 50KM (an hours travel) to pick up the truck as we were advised that the one we booked (a 5 min walk from the place we were moving out of) was not available. For our inconvenience and the fact that we only had 77KM on the rental which would be 3/4 eaten up by distances we had to travel to pick up the truck , we. We were told 100KM free would be added to the rental. Then when we arrived to pick it up at the booked time. we had to call/leave messages and finally enlist the help of a renter at the uhaul location who had another # for the owner (who was in a ‘meeting’ and not answering his phone). Finally that owner noted that the 100KM free had not been added to the order but assured me he would add it.

The pickup and drop off locations were good, and the trailer I rented was good. But U-haul itself was super frustrating. Trying to change my pick up and drop off times was frustrating, and even after talking to a u-haul representative, the times were still way off of what I asked. For this reason, I will most likely never use U-haul again.

kevin the man/manager/owner etc.....was very very helpfull in assisting me with my imediate need for a 20 foot truck to pick up 3 lockers i won on 73rd ave in surrey bc.....more economical than going 3 times with my car and trailor...lol.................will definetly rent from your company again in the near future ...ps i own and run a pawnshop /used stuff here in agassiz bc ,....and use ibid daily and bid 13.

picking it up at Agassiz went well but we were told to pick up our 20' truck and auto transporter in Port Coquitlam at 7 am which was not close to our house at all, to find out that they had neither of them. We then had to drive for over an 1h and a half out of our way going east to get the truck in Agassiz and then drive 2 hrs west to get the auto transport. Now instead of moving in the morning as planned, we moved in the afternoon, spent extra gas to go to two extra locations and having to drive very late in the day to start our trek across Canada and all we got for it was a $50 discount.

Truck was not easily accessible, not clean. Papers and hat from previous customer left inside. Truck was parked in a position that required some maneuvering to extricate, requiring one of us to monitor the gate we had to partially close and avoid incoming dump trucks.
