There was no staff available when I arrived for drop off at 1:30 on the afternoon on a Thursday. The day for drop off I got calls at 10:30, 10:45, 2:30, and 2:58. I feel I was harrased all while trying to unload the uhaul. I told the company the dealership in the previous province hooked up the trailor and I would not feel comfortable detaching and it is just me. I was told 2 times it was fine. On the day of, for a 3rd time they insisted it was my job to detach to where I said to t the same young man the other 3 times. I can not do that. This location has cameras all around thier compound. I was also told earlier they saw me on the cameras. So I know they saw me on thier location unloading at 1:30pm. It was hot out at 24Â° and I was tired after a 5 day drive. With zero understanding from the Morrow location! The man was rude on the phone and at one point even said to me. Don't get smart with me mam just tell me an answer. I said you can clearly see me unloading the uhaul..At this point it was 2 hours later and was 3pm and I told them I am almost done and I will be done at 3:30. So I get another call asking me if it will be available by 6pm and will I be done at 5pm..I told him I will be gone in 30 minutes. Obviously if I am done at 3:30pm it will be available at 5pm. By this time I was very annoyed with the rude dude who was now harassing me at this point. I finished and in the midst of being tired and hot. I put the key in the drop box without getting the odometer #. I called to apologized at 3:45, while by then I went for dinner. Friday morning I wake up to a ridiculous bill of an additional $142 after just paying $2500 in uhail rental and gas. I called him to complain of the absurd charges! He was once again rude and gave me a phone number to take it up with uhaul because they billed me. I said this bill is from your location and is clearly a money grab! He was charging me a cleaning fee after he could clearly see me on camera with a broom sweeping out and taking all the garbage out of the truck. But again had someone at 6pm to come get it so they were getting oaid 2 tumes in one day for the same truck. Then a after hours service fee?? When i left it at 3:30pm on a Thursday... OK!! Then he charged me for a extra day for the truck and trailor. Mind you the trailor was offer free with the purchase of insurance. So why would I be billed anything for a free trailor. I really can't even believe this is a registered uhaul dealership. The rudeness, unproffesionalism and now the untrust I have.for this location is astonishing!! I would never ever consider this location EVER!! I am now waiting for uhaul management to authorize the unrealistic and unjustified charges to me. This kid that answers the phone should be fired and this location shouldn't even have any partnerships with uhaul. I have used uhaul many times, no issues at all! But this location impeded on my personal boundaries... I felt harassed and now also stealing money from me!! How can this even be called a business to make up fake charges and get away with treating customers in this way!!! I am disgusted I was treated this way. I am not impressed with the bogus charges! I will be pursuing support from uhaul directly!! This experience makes me not want to support this business with unreliable locations like this available to the public. YUCK I guess anyone can be a uhaul vendor these days... personally I will take my business elsewhere! If I could give zero stars, I would!Leanne E.

Returned on a Sunday. The location was closed. I had to call a number to speak to someone (Kent Storage guy) who gave me instructions on how to open the gate for myself and other customers. We had issues with mobile check out. Office was closed. Ended up having to call Uhaul main number and speak to a representative. We end up speaking to Kent storage guy again who said he will just manually check it in we can leave. Took two days to get a receipt - they charged me 35$ extra for gas during the manual check in despite putting gas in to the same amount at pick up. Had pictures so had to call Uhaul main number again and spent 30 minutes sorting it out.Kaleb R.
Wipers where old and needed replacing. Person was 1 hour late in contacting me! The contact phone number was incorrect and only took messages. The pick up location was 1 hour from my location and when i asked for a mikeage discount i was told NO.Jean H.
