Miles FThe truck was not super clean. They left it parked in a lake of foot deep water all the way around
Tammy EThe location was easy to find. Trying to manoeuvre the instructions on my U-Haul account to access the keys was NOT USER FRIENDLY. After a certain step nothing happened so we had to call to get the code for the lockbox. The lock was not easy to open, suggestion…..perhaps they need wd40 to ensure easy opening, it was frustrating. It seemed that your website was confusing at times.
