The gas tank was empty, the steering wheel was sticky, and when I went to try to fill the tank, the gas hose wasn't attached to the vehicle at all.Jullia K.

The guy that helped me scanned my husbands ID â€œdrivers Licenseâ€ multiple times then said it wouldn't scan and upload so he asked me give him two references to make sure we bring the truck back. I left outside to do a walk through of the vehicle to find a pair of dirty underwear hanging from the side mirror. The guy said here some wipes so you can wipe it down and then went outside with a stick to get them off of the ground after my husband had already removed them. I was like wow, really a whole tub of wipes to wipe it down and it was on his property. Then he went on to say that the truck needs to be brought back on full. The truck was not on full when we left. When we returned I let him know that the truck was not on full but that I put $55 dollars in gas in the truck. He said well I will go ahead and sum up your bill and give you a few dollars off on gas. After I get home I look at my receipt to find out that he didn't give me a break he actually charged me an additional $46 and some change. So basically to rent the Uhaul truck costed me over $200. He quoted me $98 and charged me $146 and some Change plus the gas I put in the truck was $55. This was not what I had expected to pay as we drove a total of 70 miles from Kent WA to Sammamish WA. And back. I felt bamboozled and I felt like he was not an honest person at that point. He said he would give me a break but didn't. All he saw was dollar signs. And we got the truck back to the destination on time. I was going to stay while he finished up the ticket and he said no go ahead and go and I will email you the receipt. Yeah for me to find that he charged me more than what I was told I was going to pay. I rent a storage unit from Uhaul every month paying $166 a month plus this I am not to happy. I will be calling Corporate office tomorrow trying to get some resolution to this situation. I will not rent from him ever again.gina S.

The rental was easy, the person at the counter was extremely nice and very helpful to us. Made it very easy to pick up and we were able to leave our car there for the time we were using the truck. Enjoyed the experience very much.Charmaine R.

I rented the equipment at 2:19pm and returned the equipment the following day at 1:25pm cleaned and with almost a quarter tank more then when I rented it with but the clerk didn't log it in till 530Pm because I didn't get it back exactly on the time he wanted me to have it back, but still within a days rental so I get and additional 44.95 charge. Seems quite petty to me.Jeff C.
