Not a darn thing. Tommie Nalls @ Keva's Auto Deals, LLC (authorized U-Haul location just outside of Boerne) was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to ensuring the equipment was ready to go. Truly improved my morning - think about that happening while picking up a trailer. Would highly recommend.

VICTOR BI was charged for insurance on two Uhauls that I didn't agree to. The Uhaul place keeps telling me that his boss is going to refund it, but here we are 4 days later and still, NO refund. It's very frustrating to be promised something that was their error only for it NOT to be corrected!

Bonnie LI was charged for fuel that was not in the truck at the start of the rental. the tank was 1/4 full and I returned it as such. I have photos to prove it, but the attendant was so busy and slow that he took my return while helping other customers and told me that I can just leave, only later charging me the difference. Like I said I have photo proof of the gas gauge when we left and it was not 3/8s. I tried to explain this but he was distracted with the long line of other renters.
Regan MConvenient location, easily accessible. Tommy was great checking me in and getting the trailer all hooked up as well as helping with the app for the necessary pictures before departure. Return was very “uneventful” as well. Great overall experience.
