VICTOR BI was charged for insurance on two Uhauls that I didn't agree to. The Uhaul place keeps telling me that his boss is going to refund it, but here we are 4 days later and still, NO refund. It's very frustrating to be promised something that was their error only for it NOT to be corrected!
LAURIE LI was able to drop off the trailer outside of their posted opening days and times. The owner was very accommodating.
