Tommy was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our rental experience exceptional. Seriously! Tommy research what the best deal would be for us on our move to Arizona and called back when he said he would. He never over promised or under delivered. Tommy made the difference! Thank you Tommy!!!!

I was charged for insurance on two Uhauls that I didn't agree to. The Uhaul place keeps telling me that his boss is going to refund it, but here we are 4 days later and still, NO refund. It's very frustrating to be promised something that was their error only for it NOT to be corrected!

I was able to drop off the trailer outside of their posted opening days and times. The owner was very accommodating.

I was charged for fuel that was not in the truck at the start of the rental. the tank was 1/4 full and I returned it as such. I have photos to prove it, but the attendant was so busy and slow that he took my return while helping other customers and told me that I can just leave, only later charging me the difference. Like I said I have photo proof of the gas gauge when we left and it was not 3/8s. I tried to explain this but he was distracted with the long line of other renters.

Convenient location, easily accessible. Tommy was great checking me in and getting the trailer all hooked up as well as helping with the app for the necessary pictures before departure. Return was very “uneventful” as well. Great overall experience.
