LOUIS HI would say to show us how to change the settings properly on the digital dash and ask us what we do when the starting mileage is incorrect from the form so we don't have to go back and deal with that. I took a picture of the difference and did not go talk to anyone.

Richard HI had an excellent experience with this pickup location! I arrived a little late and was running behind while trying to check in via my phone, so one of the employees called me in and completed the check-in process inside. He was efficient but kind and professional, and got me into the vehicle expeditiously. The vehicle was clean on the inside and functioned as it should, drop-off was a simple process as well. Overall a great experience and I will return when I need any future moving equipment!
Ramzy AThe men at the location were very nice. I should’ve skipped the check in process through the app and just went inside to check in. I got completely frustrated with the steps on the app and ended up going inside multiple times. None of this was their fault. But I will go inside next time. Unfortunately the van was not cleaned out from the previous renter and needed to be wiped down.

The cab had not been cleaned had about 10 old lottery tickets, a coffee cup and personal, sealed letter inside. I would love to find or who rented the truck before me and get them that letter. It was addressed to Pansy from Brenda so maybe one of them.

Jeffery AI had a terrible experience with the U-Haul location on Statesville Road. The truck I had originally reserved wasn't available, so I was forced to take whatever they had. From the start, the customer service was poor. The representative who helped me was rude and rushed me through the process. Once I got the truck, I ran into serious mechanical issues. When I tried to reverse, the truck would only move forward I struggled with this for 10 minutes. On the highway, it got worse. Every time I pressed the brakes, it felt like the truck was being tugged or pulled. When I tried to accelerate, the truck would barely move, which was extremely dangerous. I was so nervous that I had to pull over and call the police to escort me back to the U-Haul location. When I called the next day to report the issues, I was shocked to hear the representative say they don’t inspect the trucks and "just hope everything is okay." That is unacceptable for any rental company, especially one where customer safety is involved. To make matters worse, I was charged for 54 miles when I only drove a short distance up the road. This whole experience was extremely stressful and unsafe. I strongly advise others not to rent from this U-Haul location.

CHARLES REveryone at Khawaja Brothers is always very attentive and accommodating which is the reason for my repeated visits over many years. I have actually watched them help customers by providing options and recommendations for the project involved. Reservations, pick up and drop off are always fast and easy. The office was recently remodeled, and the available fleet has increased. I am not sure what else they could improve upon.

RICHARD HWe were charged for a lost key that was not lost. When we returned the u-haul van, the key was given to the gentleman at the counter. There was only 1 key given at pick up and 1 key was returned at drop off. Unable to reach the location to discuss the error and unable to leave a message. The corporate help line could only create a complaint and create a complaint.
