Well when I arrived the vehicle I reserved was not there it was rented out. I was upset because I made my reservation then I called to change the pick up time. They called me to confirm and when I arrived I was advised my van that I requested was not returned and he didn’t have another. My agent was very helpful. He was making calls to find another in the area, he offered a bigger truck for the same amount and included some miles for the inconvenience. He was nice and helpful. Also the truck didn’t have gas.
