I ordered equipment that they did not have but I wasn't informed that they didn't have it. Customer Service informed me and sent me to a different location miles away and stated I would not be charged for those miles. Went to the other location and had to wait in line for an hour to be told that they were out of the equipment and all surrounding area Uhaul locations. So I wasted almost 2 hours trying to find equipment and ended up turning the truck in late because I missed 2 hours of moving time.
