I had an excellent experience with this pickup location! I arrived a little late and was running behind while trying to check in via my phone, so one of the employees called me in and completed the check-in process inside. He was efficient but kind and professional, and got me into the vehicle expeditiously. The vehicle was clean on the inside and functioned as it should, drop-off was a simple process as well. Overall a great experience and I will return when I need any future moving equipment!

The men at the location were very nice. I should’ve skipped the check in process through the app and just went inside to check in. I got completely frustrated with the steps on the app and ended up going inside multiple times. None of this was their fault. But I will go inside next time. Unfortunately the van was not cleaned out from the previous renter and needed to be wiped down.
