Two trucks ordered of a specific size received 2 smallest one needed to rent another truck to fit my merchandise

JOSE CImprove the online reservation system, that is my only issue, but that's Uhaul not the location I use.
Stephen MI rented moving blankets that were not included. They didn't have them so they took them off my bill, but I was never made aware of that, which delayed my move because I had to source moving blankets elsewhere. The truck was dirty and had a water bottle leftover from a previous renter, so it clearly wasn't cleaned. I tried to call the day before to confirm things and no one picked up. I called multiple times. I called the day of after I did after hours pickup and it took me 5 phone calls (2 to a number not listed on apple or google maps) to get an answer. Incredibly frustrating experience.
