It was hot and sunny, the gentlemen that came out and did my inspection could have had a trained monkey do it better. He was not pleasant to talk to at all, but the lights I was told were good to go. Come evening time the entire left side of row dolly lights did not work. I should have inspected myself but it is hard to do when it’s only me. The person was not nice, I didn’t make the weather, sorry you couldn’t be in the sun without poor attitude
Nicholas LienI was a little worried dropping it off. I called the number and left a message. Never heard back, just got an email receipt.

Justin AhhaittyFirst I paid for a furniture dolly (because I needed it) and it wasn’t there and not one employ be found! (Waisted over an hour ) then they charged my card 3 times! And when I returned the truck it took almost an hour (due to no employee) it was sleeting but made me go take pictures of the vehicle outside my self at 10:30 pm
lacy jonesNot sure if I would or not. I finally managed to find the secret location where I returned the truck (operating out of a daycare in Elgin, Ok?!?) To find a smaller U haul location I suppose one would have to go to a toy store and uh....they didnt wanna help me take my car off the tow dolly. Back problems and inexperience on my part I suppose made that an aggravating experience. I get it though, just like the ancient concept of COMMUNICATION, customer service is a quaint concept. How do you guys stay in business?!
Richard Meza45 attempts to try to get software to work. Finally got ahold of live person and Patricia Lambert saved the day after I had unsuccessfully tried to take pictures to drop off two trailers and a 26 ft truck
Josephus GarrisonYour software requires internet! No internet connection at your drop off!
joe garrisonLocation was just fine. We did the mobile check in and it is a disaster to deal with. The whole purpose is to speed things up but it took 3X as long because of their approval process. UHaul has to contact the entire world to verify you. This would have been much easier had I known to have a list of contacts prior to the pick up time. I will never use the mobile service again. In person only from now on. Waste of time.
Randy StevensVery poor service. The truck was not in good shape and had to be used for a long haul trip. Equipment was rented more than 4 weeks in advance, but not all requested items were there when we picked up the truck. We had to drive to another city to make a second rental agreement for the missing items. Man at the store was rude and unhelpful.
John BowersTina did a great job walking me through the process and hooking the trailer up.

John JochemEverything was fast and efficient I can't think of a thing to improve upon
John JochemThe man running it couldn’t even tell me how to view the pictures of the truck before I left to approve theme. And just wasn’t very helpful in general.
gary ruckerI was not given a receipt that the trailer was turned in. I at first thought it was fast, easy, and convenient to turn in, but I few hours later I realized I had no proof that I turned in the equipment.
Ricky BurtonI was able to rent a trailer on the spot in less than 20 minutes, and cancel an earlier reservation because of a change in plans without any issues.
CLIFFTON FLUCASLocation did not have any ability to provide for customer service. Mud lot with vehicle traffic.
Roy DeweyFollow up with the system reservation so clients don’t have to do the whole process again. Be ready on customer Arabia arrival.
Luis Morales EchevarriaAwesome owner! The trailer drop off was too easy.
Clayton SandersSelf checkout took l little longer to do than I expected. Check in also. Lots of pictures.
Scott SmebyClean up and organize.
Matthew WhiteHad to go look for the attendant! Other than that it was good
Rodger GoodallEverything went smoothly.

tuyen tranTheir internet was extremely slow! Took forever to be processed. The windshield wipers were horrible. My friend had to follow my taillights because they were so bad in the rain he couldn’t see.
sally stevensUhaul was dropped off with a little more than 3/4 tank which pick up came home with 3/4 tank. Not sure why there is s $7+ easy fuel charge.
Kathy CopelandMy uhaul experience was absolutely terrible, let’s start from the beginning... On Friday May 25th we picked up our reserved 26ft uhaul and car trailer that we had rented out for 5 days as we were moving across the country. It was set to be due back on May 30th. The man informed us that should we get there early and turn it in early we would be reimbursed. Great we thought! So, The man went out (knowing we’re making a 1100+ Mile journey moving an entire house and car in this truck) and picks the oldest 26ft box truck on the lot when there were newer ones sitting right next to it (which we were then later told at drop-off it was because they like to send out their older trucks and keep the newer ones in town-because that makes sense right? Send your older trucks out for the across the country journey) Anyway, the service man then quickly looked under the hood and topped off fluids and we were on our way home to pack our entire lives into this truck (including 2 caged cats who rode shotgun). Our trip from IN to OK was going to take us about 15 hours but with animals and a child (I was driving in our second car behind the truck with two dogs and the child) we knew we would have to stop overnight. So we set out in the early morning of Saturday May 26th. We got about 8-9 hours into the drive and decided to stay overnight at a pet friendly hotel in Missouri which was exactly half way. The next morning around 9am we set out again. We stopped about 30 minutes after leaving the hotel to get gas a truck friendly gas station. I filled my car and walked over to my husband who was still filling the uhaul and now had the hood opened. He stated that he believed the AC was going out because it wasn’t cold but not hot either. So he checked the coolant and fluids and everything looked ok. So we loaded back up in the truck and continued our journey. A couple hours later I called him to see how he was doing, he now said the AC had completely gone out and that him and that cats were “sweating bullets”. It was anywhere from 94-97 degrees that day driving across Missouri and into Oklahoma. I told him we would stop and that next rest area and I would try to call road side assistance in the mean time. I called roadside and the man that answered stated from the sounds of it our AC needed recharged and I had two options: stop in the now 97 degree heat and wait anywhere from 2-3 hours to have someone come to me and fix it (which he then told me state law says you cannot do an ac recharge on the side of the road, it had to be done in-doors, so I’m not sure where he expected me to stop) OR we could take it to any shop, have it fixed- pay out of pocket ourselves, and uhaul would reimburse us (yeah right). He asked if we had planned on stopping anywhere overnight to which I replied we stopped last night and we’re now in the second leg of our journey so no, we would not be stopping for a long period again. We were out of options-we couldn’t sit along the road in 97 degree heat wi
