When I called for help with the drop off, I called Carrollton. The lady that answered was USELESS and rude. Your app wouldn't work. I finally googled for places in Paris Tx for another U-haul and Kim's was available and very helpful. I didn't catch the person's name in Carrollton but I called around 6 PM on Saturday 04/18 she needs a class in customer service and taught not to eat and answer the phone while eating. At least it sounding like she was eating. Either way she was rude.

This is regarding the app. Maybe I missed an instruction somewhere, but had an issue during the "check-in" using the app. When taking photos of the truck, the photo would display and a circled check-mark would appear. It appeared to just be confirmation the picture was taken, so I was hitting the back button, having no other option and the picture would not be there. It took a few tries until I figured out you have to tap the circled check-mark to save that picture. Perhaps a line of text saying "Tap to Save" or something like that could be programmed in. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I did especially like that Kim's Convenience had several cameras, one of which had my car under constant watch while my wife and I had the rental truck. That was added peace of mind.
Denver SKind of scary location, took the lady forever to even find the keys, floor boards were filthy and passengers door had someones check stubs in it. Very little gas in it. Owner didnt even come out of the store and the truck wasnt even locked. Needed a deep cleaning smelled like cigarettes and from the sound needed a lube job transmission work and a oil change.
