The truck I rented was nearly undrivable in the snow and therefore very unsafe. I would worry less about trailer lights working and focus on getting these big vans safer in inclement weather.

AARON VAttendant rude. There are no signs for customer parking. I pulled up to ask the man where can I park.. he was already motioning for me to move. Mind you.. no one else was at the facility. No one... just me. I asked where do I park and he replied on other side of the street along the ditch. You need to have signs. I asked if im the only person who is confused with all the signs for uhaul equipment drive and parking and nothing for customers. He agreed Im not. Ive rent here before and others are nice and friendly. Not this one.

THOMAS GI have used this location 3 times now. 2 Pick ups and 1 drop off. This time the young lady realized some issues with the truck and put me another one to be safe on my 1529 mile journey across the country.
DAVID PNothing, your teammate Hunter was incredible, which makes the entire experience incredible, and makes your business incredible. I'm going to refer this location to anyone I know with moving needs, it's a huge difference from the location on north college. Hunter was personable, he was beyond helpful/useful- fully educated with how to answer the questions I had and went above and beyond for not only me but the next customer in line. I've never had such a great experience going to a u haul. I hate moving, I hate the whole process but this employee had me smiling and enjoying the whole process. Makes me appreciate that u haul found this guy and had him on their team. -Kim A

Matt LIt would be helpful to know details of picking up would all be Done through the app when I made the reservation and that I would need references ahead of prior to picking up the truck.
Colleen JOver all great place to rent a U-haul! Unit had a few minor issues, fuel leak when filling, muffler or header issue was very loud, I told them about these issues and they got right on fixing. Good people and easy great service. Made my move much easier. Thank you

ERIC MAir.conditioner blew hot and cold intermittently. Check engine light came on for last day of trip. Key kept getting stuck in ignition.
ELLEN WKings was fast, kind, easy to work with. The truck was clean and in good shape, but that particular truck felt really underpowered. I wasn’t sure it was going to make it up the hill to my house. Perhaps look into it and make sure it’s okay. It sounded fine but was a lot weaker than other 26’ U-Haul trucks I’ve rented
