Excellent customer service and truck rental. We got there at the same time as four other customers. The U-Haul representative was quick and professional. The two customers in front of me both had minor issues with their rental paperwork and technology. The representative handled both with patience and professionalism. I had no problems with my rental and was impressed that the representative noticed I had requested a hand cart with a 10’ truck that didn’t have a ramp. He wanted to make sure that I was aware of that before I paid. I still wanted it that way but appreciated that he was keeping my best interests in mind. The process was very pleasant and I will be using this facility for my rentals in the future.

DAVID RThe guy who checked me in was awesome! Had computer issues so he checked me in on his phone. Felt bad for him. You guys need to make sure their systems work!!!!! He was very professional and took the time to make sure we were all set up and safe! I would go back there again! Forgot his name but I picked the trailer up on Wednesday 6.17 at around noon. Good Dude!
