After dropping off the trailer the rep never checked the trailer in. Got a call the next day from someone insisting I still had the trailer until he walked outside and found ir.
John KUhaul was not full when I received it. I filled it back to where it was at when I got it. Service lights on as well. Uhaul need maintenance.
Trisha MI have used U-Haul all my life and I'm 72 years old and this was absolutely the worst experience ever. First off I did not check the insurance on your app to get your insurance I got extra insurance on my State Farm to cover the truck and they charged me anyway for insurance that needs to be taken off that was horrible your app is horrible. We on three businesses in fort Collins and I will tell everybody and probably put a note in our windows to not use U-Haul. They changed my location pick up where it wasn't open at 7:00 in the morning like I wanted to go to on the place I ordered to pick up at. When we got there the app would not work at all even the lady when she finally came in after we had been there for 2 hours trying to get the app to work said y'all's app is horrible and everybody was having problems with it. I'm just a very very very disappointed and I would like a refund of the insurance that you charged me for because I had already paid for extra insurance with my State Farm insurance but your app automatically put it on there I did not check to get your insurance. You need to do something about this I'm very very very mad
