When it came to me returning trailer to the store, I could not find the keys to my truck. I called UHaul and told them I would be late with the return that day, or the following day. The attendant, (real human person at the store, not some bot!) was wonderful, and supportive, and gave me instructions on how to return the trailer after hours.

Brad NHistorically this location, Kings Auto, has been good to deal with. However, on this occasion I was charge for "Safe Move" without my knowledge and did not discover this until I received a higher than expected charge on my credit card. Upon review I noted the charge was on the contract however I did not see a contract when I signed the blank signature display in the Rental Office. In the future I will not leave without a hard copy of the contract.
