Attendant rude. There are no signs for customer parking. I pulled up to ask the man where can I park.. he was already motioning for me to move. Mind you.. no one else was at the facility. No one... just me. I asked where do I park and he replied on other side of the street along the ditch. You need to have signs. I asked if im the only person who is confused with all the signs for uhaul equipment drive and parking and nothing for customers. He agreed Im not. Ive rent here before and others are nice and friendly. Not this one.

BEST u-haul location in FoCo!
THOMAS GI have used this location 3 times now. 2 Pick ups and 1 drop off. This time the young lady realized some issues with the truck and put me another one to be safe on my 1529 mile journey across the country.

I'm going to refer this location to anyone I know with moving needs, it's a huge difference from the location on north college. Hunter was personable, he was beyond helpful/useful- fully educated with how to answer the questions I had and went above and beyond for not only me but the next customer in line. I've never had such a great experience going to a u haul. I hate moving, I hate the whole process but this employee had me smiling and enjoying the whole process. Makes me appreciate that u haul found this guy and had him on their team. -Kim A

Colleen JOver all great place to rent a U-haul! Unit had a few minor issues, fuel leak when filling, muffler or header issue was very loud, I told them about these issues and they got right on fixing. Good people and easy great service. Made my move much easier. Thank you

ERIC MAir.conditioner blew hot and cold intermittently. Check engine light came on for last day of trip. Key kept getting stuck in ignition.
ELLEN WKings was fast, kind, easy to work with. The truck was clean and in good shape, but that particular truck felt really underpowered. I wasn’t sure it was going to make it up the hill to my house. Perhaps look into it and make sure it’s okay. It sounded fine but was a lot weaker than other 26’ U-Haul trucks I’ve rented

JULIE SI do not think what I was charged for gas is fair. I added gas according to the guide in the pamphlet, but I was still charged extra. The fuel gauge in the truck is not easy to accurately read, so I am not sure how the call could be made to charge me extra. The trucks should be dispatched with a full tank, so it is easy for the customer to refill before returning.
Tyler GGoogle review will be completed. The pickup experience was terrible. The person on the lot said nothing to me except good morning, but only after I said good morning. It would have been nice if he could have pointed me in the right direction. I figured out that there was an online way to pick up the equipment. As I went through that horrible website/app, other customers arrived, and I had to tell them where to begin. About 20 minutes after I started the online pick-up process, a large gathering of customers stood waiting, and someone inside the building opened the door. No questions, no greeting, didn't ask who arrived first. No one said a thing except my husband. Three or four customers had gone inside when I realized what was happening. By then, I was nearly finished with the online pickup, or so I thought. Finally, after too long, I reached out to someone inside (or tried to). I stood in line for 10 minutes. I reached out to an online chat and finished my pickup process. This was a waste of time and was way too frustrating.
