My initial pickup was supposed to be for 7am. By 9am, the U-Haul representative had still not arrived to work, so a neighboring restaurant worker used a code to access the key for me. Also, though I had received a text earlier, stating there was a change to my rental information, the information did not update in the app, so I initially had the wrong address. That part is presumably a problem with the app.
