Clean the cab and back someone needs to check it bc if I walk into a rented truck and it smells like cigarettes and the back is slick with oil and dirt it hasn’t been cleaned. And fix the mirrors like I shouldn’t rent a truck with a ducktaped together mirror that is not fixed

The location was closed even though it allowed me an in person check in when I reserved. The truck was dirty and smelled. There was damage on it, that I did record. Will probably not use this location again, which I had used before and had a wonderful experience the first time.

Annabelle BReserved a 10’ box truck with no Safe Move coverage. Arrived to pick up truck and told UHaul had changed the truck to a 15’ box truck at same rate as 10’; $19.95. When returned the truck, receipt showed me charged at standard 15’ rate; $29.95 plus charged for Safe Move. Called UHaul at 800-number as instructed by store to request adjustment in charge. UHaul said they had to discuss with Area Manager as not able to unilaterally correct billing. Told I would have to wait 72 hours. I am. not satisfied with UHaul changing my reservation while adding unrequested charges nor having to wait 72 hours for resolution. I am thankful though to the UHaul store manager where I rented the truck for trying to help me.

AIMEE BOwners were rude upon return of trailer (yelling at me) which was filled with debris upon pick up. They also tried to charge my card for things I never purchased or authorized. Would never rent from this location again. I would encourage you to rent anyplace but here.
PAUL HLove the convenience of share pick up, once I learned what it meant. The 800# operators were a blessing, patient, knowledge, and very professional at 7 and 8am on a Sunday morning. 5 *****. Sad note: please make sure the vehicle is locked. Once directed, we found the code was entered and anyone could have stolen the truck, causing the rightful customer to be charged wrongfully. Highly recommend, and will definitely use the service in the future. Returning was a breeze. Another 5*****

JACK LYou can have the equipment actually available to picked up from the location and time selection. You've done that twice to me in a month. I won't be using U-Haul ever again. Kings N Queens specifically failed to set up the mobile pick up. The app warned me about this error, and I called your help line. They told me they "thought it'd be alright". It wasn't.
Corey Adid not have the equipment that I requested and rented from the online reservation. Did not tell us until they were dropping it off. Unaware of this truck did not have cruise control for our 700 mile trip. Will probably never use U-Haul again! The idea of this "new" neighborhood style of renting.

ANDREA BNo attendant on site, another customer was there and had been waiting 30 minutes. Truck was in poor condition - broken side view mirrors, A/C only worked when truck was moving.
Megan WThe check in experience was very good, worked with the female owner of Kings N Queens carwash. Everything went smoothly. When I returned the truck at the end of the day I was instructed to park it in the back of the carwash. It was about 7:30 in the evening when I arrived. The backlot was very full with only 2 places left to park a 20ft truck. In one of the spaces were 4 men just hanging out, they saw me pull in and wouldn't move out of the way so my only option was to park in the other spot behind another truck and next to a vehicle, so that's where I parked the truck. Next thing I knew the older gentleman that owns the carwash comes running towards me screaming at me "why would I park the truck next to a car and to move it" So I moved it over as much as I could, the 4 men still stood there, wouldn't move so I could park away from the vehicle next me. Ultimately after a few exchanges with the owner, where I remained calm and he yelled I just handed him the key and walked away. My ride hadn't arrived yet but I did not feel safe at their place of business so I walked across the street to a gas station and waited there for my son to pick me up. If the female owner hadn't been so nice I would give zero stars.

Jamie TThere is just one problem is answering the phone when people calling about time when I rented the truck I am very thankful for able to get the truck after myself being late to get it then all day one thing after another I tried calling to keep in touch because I was going to late returning it the first time then even later because of the storm that happened couldn’t empty it still no answer I did call 800 number very time I had to change something specially when 800 number isn’t able to really do it

Joseph GThe A/C did not work in the truck. They offered to switch it out, but we did not have time to make the switch. It was extremely hot the days we had the rental, unfortunately. However, staff was extremely friendly and tried to accomodate.
Jason HDefinitely rent after 8am. It’s probably not the locations fault but I rented thru the app saying I can pick up my UHaul at 6am. The key wasn’t left after I woke up ready to move at 6am and at the place to pick it up at 6am. Called customer service to be told to wait til the hours of opening. No where should give a time before opening hours to pick up if it’s not legit. I had to come back two hours later to pick up the uhaul when I expected to get it done way earlier
