No personnel on site. Poor signage and markings, but at least there was a sign this time. Far away from requested drop off location with no way to contact anyone about changing. Vehicle seems to be poorly maintained

I was told I would be charged for a 10’ truck and given a 15’ truck and I was charged for a 15’ truck
Cindy MDo not rent from this location, they do not care AT ALL. They erroneously charged me over 900 dollars after my U-Haul broke down.
Paige LI got the text saying they rescheduled a location and the new location is 2020 CAPITAL ST, SAVANNAH, GA 31404. I need to use app to pick up but the app isn’t working so I have to call the office but it ends up taking more than 30 mins to set up
Ann CReserved moving blankets and 2 dolleys that weren’t there. Disappointed I wasn’t notified ahead of time or I would have gone to the uhaul store.
