I had an 8:00am reservation on a Saturday and purposely did not check in online so I didn't have to upload my drivers license. The office never opened. At 8:20 a van showed up and a couple handed me keys to a truck (without asking for my driver's license or credit card) that hade 1/8 tank of gas and said "They don't give us gas cards to put gas in the trucks". The check engine light was on. Fortunately I only needed to drive the truck 15 miles. I had reserved the truck until 8:00pm but returned it just before 3:00 same day and the office was still not open. The sign outside said the office hours were 8:00 - 5:00. My credit card got charged more than double the proper amount and when I called the number on the invoice emailed to me the number was no longer in service. When I called the office number on the sign nobody answered or returned my call to discuss giving my refund for over charging. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
