I got the text saying they rescheduled a location and the new location is 2020 CAPITAL ST, SAVANNAH, GA 31404. I need to use app to pick up but the app isn’t working so I have to call the office but it ends up taking more than 30 mins to set up

Reserved moving blankets and 2 dolleys that weren’t there. Disappointed I wasn’t notified ahead of time or I would have gone to the uhaul store.
Victoria NThere was no one at this site. I could not lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to find someone to help. This site is not in a safe area.
Scott BThe personnel working here were great. Check out was easy. The location left a lot to be desired. Not the best area of town. Homeless people walking around asking for handouts. And the office location was not marked well (which door to go in). I wouldn’t let my wife or daughter rent from this location. Previous locations hooked the trailer up for me. Here, I had to hook it up myself. I was good with that. Not a hard task. Just thinking about it from my wife or daughter’s point of view. Maybe if it would have been them it would have been a different situation. Positive note - Great staff, who was friendly.
John RNo adult present in the office in the early afternoon. A child was present who advised me to call the emergency number on the sign. That number was answered by an adult who advised me drop the keys in a lock box and stated she would send me a receipt as soon as she returned to office. Got the receipt in email the next day.
