I would recommend this a drop off location. The CSM came out the parking lot and directed me where to drop the trailer; however, there was noone to help unhitch the trailer. Luckily, I'm strong enough to pick up the trailer off the hitch. I liked that I was able to drive off and have the receipt emailed to me.

There was no one there to check us out and no instructions to take a photo of the odometer when we picked up the truck. All correspondence was done over a call to someone who could 'not come in'. We eventually got access to the keys and left for our move trip. I wrote the odometer as 141568 when I left. Upon return, I forwarded the picture to the person on phone and showed 141587 - at total of 19 miles for our rental. The receipt provided shows Mileage Out at 104156 and Mileage In at 104180 - off by 1400 miles. The upshot is we were charged for 24 miles when the odometer showed 19 miles for the day. We want the fee for the five miles we did not use refunded. We are having a hard time getting customer service to resolve this.
William AAfter hours drop off, so I didn't get to interact with the personnel. The lot was well lit, but confusing. I was unsure how to best proceed and it took a minute to find the drop box for the keys, as the lot had no signage to indicate whether the drop box would be with the rental equipment or at the store. The outside of the store that hosts this location did not look particularly inviting. Unfortunately, your form forces me to choose answers to a question that I would have said "not applicable" to, since I did not encounter the personnel.
Kristen FHad to call 5+ times to get in contact with a representative and she just told me to leave the u-haul, 4x8, and tow dolly in their parking lot. Never meet a person face to face, and all doors to the building were locked. Felt like smoke and mirrors
Corvin HBack of truck was not clean when I got it, some broken glass, bed slat, leaves and sand. Someone had smoked in the cab of the truck. All not major issues but for what Uhaul demands it’s not good. Also the app is horrible, made it nearly impossible to go through this process and customer service is horrible, waiting three hours for call back is unacceptable.
