The customer service is basically none. I needed help with the check in. I was told to just use the app as the employee was walking out of the door. There were keys left in the vehicle from a previous customer. I had to drop them off in a mailbox, because there was no one in the office to give them to. I returned the vehicle on Monday morning around 9am. There was no one in the office again. The receipt I received in my email has the vehicle being returned at noon on Tuesday. So we were charged for a day that we didn't even have the truck.

No one was there when I picked up my equipment during the listed business hours. There was a hand written note on the door to call a number. I called and no one picked up. I called again and a lady answered and had no idea that I was scheduled to pick up a trailer. She had no idea what inventory was on the lot or the condition of the trailer. I needed to hook up the trailer and then text pictures of the trailer hooked up, the ID number for the trailer and pictures documenting the condition of the trailer to this lady’s number. It was a very unprofessional experience picking up this trailer.
Nicholas SRude. Terrible service, there wasn’t even a gas can in the truck either like every other location I’ve been to. Also called you guys multiple times to confirm the drop off time and had this Leslie lady calling me telling me I needed to have it there asap! Like why would I put my pickup time for 12pm and drop off for 1pm the same day when I said I needed it for multiple days? You billion dollar companies need to get better systems.
