There was no one at this site. I could not lift the trailer off the hitch. I had to find someone to help. This site is not in a safe area.

The personnel working here were great. Check out was easy. The location left a lot to be desired. Not the best area of town. Homeless people walking around asking for handouts. And the office location was not marked well (which door to go in). I wouldn’t let my wife or daughter rent from this location. Previous locations hooked the trailer up for me. Here, I had to hook it up myself. I was good with that. Not a hard task. Just thinking about it from my wife or daughter’s point of view. Maybe if it would have been them it would have been a different situation. Positive note - Great staff, who was friendly.
John RNo adult present in the office in the early afternoon. A child was present who advised me to call the emergency number on the sign. That number was answered by an adult who advised me drop the keys in a lock box and stated she would send me a receipt as soon as she returned to office. Got the receipt in email the next day.
WILLIS BPassenger mirror missing, door wouldn’t open. tires worn and no air. It smelled terrible and was not clean. Was unable to complete what I needed to, felt unsafe and returned early.
