There was no trailer jack so I had to lift the trailer myself. The person was not at the location to rent to me so had to call and do it over phone and had to hookup trailer myself.

Location is terrible. Trash and human feces by the trucks. Truck smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Drove fine but location would prevent me from using or recommending.
James SUpon reserving informing customers that this location is a lot that is monitored and accessed using a mobile phone.
Natasha PI would recommend this a drop off location. The CSM came out the parking lot and directed me where to drop the trailer; however, there was noone to help unhitch the trailer. Luckily, I'm strong enough to pick up the trailer off the hitch. I liked that I was able to drive off and have the receipt emailed to me.
MICHAEL HThere was no one there to check us out and no instructions to take a photo of the odometer when we picked up the truck. All correspondence was done over a call to someone who could 'not come in'. We eventually got access to the keys and left for our move trip. I wrote the odometer as 141568 when I left. Upon return, I forwarded the picture to the person on phone and showed 141587 - at total of 19 miles for our rental. The receipt provided shows Mileage Out at 104156 and Mileage In at 104180 - off by 1400 miles. The upshot is we were charged for 24 miles when the odometer showed 19 miles for the day. We want the fee for the five miles we did not use refunded. We are having a hard time getting customer service to resolve this.
