You guys HAVE to explain that are different lockers, and where the locker is located for the car we are renting. If it is inside the car or around. If the car is unlocked or not!! If it wasn’t for the kind employee from U-Haul there (Jay), I would still be there trying to find the lock and use the vehicle. The rest is pretty good and straightforward .

Nail salon had no clue what to do, gave me a number to call someone, that guy didn’t answer 3 back to back phone calls.. the whole process was annoying and needs to be fixed for a smoother process!! Booked my pick up time for 12:30, did physically get the vehicle till 1pm due to the hassle of everything

Alan MI could not get into the part of the system to get the code. I could see my reservation but it wouldn't let me go past a certain point. It was not user friendly at all. Luckily there was a guy driving by that maintained the vehicles and he saw me struggling. He pulled it up on his phone and did it for me. He asked me if I wanted a dolly or pads. I said no. I saw him put no to both. I saw the total and he entered it and gave me the key. When I got the final bill I was charged $15 extra even though I never asked for these things and never got those things. I was over charged $15 plus tax and I'd like to be reimbursed.

The mobile check-in experience however has to be the single most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a piece of software in over a decade. Somehow managed to ensure both the pickup and return process were a nightmare - complete waste of time.
