MOHAMMED aIt was a quick and easy check in with a simple phone call. The truck was running fantastic although there was some body damage from someone else. The gentleman who takes care of this location is fantastic! My friend forgot her prescription glasses in the truck. The truck was gone the next day, so I contacted the gentleman who is in charge and he tracked down her glasses for her!
David SHonour your commitment, Do not cancel without customer knowledge Super unprofessional Sent me to three different locations and refused to accommodate anything. Poor customer service spent over 1 hour on hold with no resolution. Still charged me 95$ for a trailer rental. Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with uhaul. I’ll save up and buy my own trailer to avoid dealing with these corrupt thieves
