Jason MI’ve rented U-Hauls before and this time way very disappointing. The car was left unlocked with somebody’s ice coffee left inside. I requested dolly’s and moving pads and when I opened the truck they were not there. The people at kings nails were beyond unhelpful and I had to call a number and wait nearly 20 minutes to leave with just the dolly. Waiting on a refund for the rest of the equipment considering it wasn’t in the truck and what I did end up getting I had to go into some dump and get it myself
