My experience with the associate was amazing but your App needs work. It is not easy to use. Needs to be more user friendly. Still a great experience though.

Yusuf WI was rerouted to this location because my original choice for a mobile pickup did not have a key in a lock box for me. The customer service agent was very helpful. However the end result was being late for the appointment for which I needed this rental. The van was not clean all of this added to a frustrating experience I likely will not use U-Haul again
