The website and app both have connectivity issues. I needed to be transferred to 5 different reps before I was able to obtain the key.

He wasn't helpful and just said we had to call uhaul to fix it when he shouldn't have given a customer a trailer not ready to be driven. Basically, he just said, “tough luck it's time for me to close.†We had to take the trailer and wait for uhaul's roadside assistance before we could load it. Awful service!

The trailer was hooked up for me and a check of all lights was conducted. I was also advised as to where I should call in the event of a flat tire. I have rented from U-haul numerous times in the past, this type of service is a guarantee repeat customer! Thanks for reminding me what customer service looks like!
Robert H.I reserved a dolly and furniture pads with my rental but I did not receive them due to the shop being closed during advertised business hours. This location has several trucks available in all sizes, so I would recommend them if you don't need anything extra with your rental.

You need a pop up that says to finish creating an account in order to check in online… And I'm not sure why that's necessary anyway if you have my cell number and information. Why can't I just check in via text?

Tammy T.The location looks like a junk yard and was barely accessible. Customer service was rude and dismissive. When I called to inquire about the service, I was rudely told they were busy and I needed to call back. When I did I was treated as if my questions were an annoyance and encouraged to reserve online. I rented on a Sunday, so had to use the app for pickup/drop off. I inadvertently missed a step and returned the keys to the wrong spot. I was called by Kings and ridiculed for this mistake. When I apologized and tried to offer help I was dismissed, told to "follow directions" and basically hung-up on. Very disappointing, as this business is my local community and I typically support local but I will never use this business again and will discourage anyone who asks about them.

Hunter W.The person running the place was not there at our scheduled time. I then couldn't use the website to login with my email because it kept linking me to my husband's account used previously. I had used a brand new email and gotten my confirmation there so it should have worked fine. My husband called the 800 number and was able to access the key without the facility employee. He left his car there and the employee later called saying “any idiot would know not to park there.†He then told my husband he had 10 minutes to get there and move the car or it would be towed. My husband both apologized and told him we lived 15 minutes away. The employee continued to be rude and insist the car would be towed if we didn't get there in 10 minutes. The employee not being there and then having to rush back to move the car caused us a lot of wasted time and also meant we didn't have help for the whole move. This was a terrible experience.

There was a lot of political and religious signs and propaganda in the shop that made it extremely uncomfortable. I won't be going back to this location. Would highly recommend a regular u-haul store or a more professional 3rd party establishment.

I see he has tons of terrible reviews saying the same thing! Why would you have a maniac like that representing your great company?
