After bein sent to the firth store they sent us to a different shop because after getting there they didn't have the car hauler and then yet to another store! After the 3rd store and extra mileage on our pickup we finally got the car hauler, we wasted 3hrs running around

The overall experience was good. I used the U-Haul phone app to pickup the truck. Everything worked fine. But when I tried to drop off the vehicle with the phone app, it was not taking the photos of the truck. I tried several times but the photos were not uploading. I gave up and then went into the store to complete the transactions. If the drop off app worked, I would have given an excellent rating.

Could not provide proof of when trailer was checked in Kept saying it wasn't there when he checked April 1, April 8th Can we check the camera for verification and he said I'm not going back through camera for that." I'm sure he didn't want to its an extra 38 bucks out of my pocket and into his. judging by his response and general unwillingness to help in anyway i bet his cameras were just for show and weren't even recording. This man has a very poor business ethic and is a liar and a cheat. Not only did he say his customer wasn't worth enough to check for verification, he kept changing his story, which only verified he wasn't sure of when the trailer was returned. But he swore he remembered coming by Saturday at 415 after saying multiple times it wasn't there Sunday afternoon..1 April...i asked did you come check Saturday or Sunday? He never gave the same answer twice which led me to believe he never came in to check. I was honest when i said i brought it back the very next afternoon but I'm not sure exactly what time but i do believe i brought it back on time. I think what upset me the most was he was very unwilling to help in anyway . I never raised my voice once never became unprofessional but it made me very angry that he was more interested in money than anything and just non nonchalantly dismissed me like i was wasting his time. I don't understand how a person runs a business like this! he was the total opposite of professional, he was Rude, Offensive, and made several Inappropriate comments. If this was my first experience with U Haul it would 1,000% be the last!! But this is the only time I've ever experienced any issues with U-Haul. This agent is giving U-Haul a bad name and definitely losing business for them as I will never visit him again for ANY type of service. I will also openly let everyone i meet know not to do business with this man. AVOID AT ALL COST!

He called to find out why there was a problem and helped me get the price down (still wasn’t as low as was quoted) but I appreciated his help. This is the second bad experience from UHaul (not the fault of the stores) I’ve had in a year. Why does UHaul ask where you want to pick up a vehicle if they won’t ever give you the option? It’s not the fault of the individual locations, but I blame UHaul itself. I will be using other options in the future.

well im a little upset, i was promised a phone call from a manager, bc of my overall experience, that my son and I had, i was going to post the story on the u haul website, but figured since i have had a great track record with U haul until then i would give yall a chance to work it out, if you look on the notes of what happened not only did my son live in misery the whole trip bv that truck was overwhelmed with cig smell and cigar smell, he is highly asthmatic and had to where his mask the whole trip, plus what happened at the first drop off location and what happened at the second one as well. since i had to babysit u haul truck i missed out on going with my family to Ohio to see my sister, who was in the hospital and she ended up passing away, and i never got to say goodbye to her, or be their for my parents bc of the u haul sit. so could a person from the mgmt team please call me at 2544629392 thank u

Company needs to return calls and answer customer's questions. UHaul needs to contact customer when they say they well. Marking calls as "no answer" and "busy" is not acceptable. I would/could have returned the call IF caller would have left a message. Clerk/Manager at Kings Service had a lot of trouble communicating. He shrugged his shoulders and grunted at us in response to 3 of our requests/questions. I will not use a UHaul company again.
