No one was there when I went to drop off the truck so I had to leave the truck and drop the keys and contract in the drop box

The trailer leaked water and some of the contents got wet. It looked like the upper left corner was leaking. Might have been other places

Robert AUpon returning my U-Haul truck, I encountered further issues with the app. Although the return instructions were clear, I was unable to input the necessary information. Consequently, I had to contact the scheduling department, where a representative noted the problem. When asked if I could enter details via the app, I confirmed it was not possible. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory.
