I’m sure you’ve had plenty of complaints about this location and the owner Terry King, yet U-haul alllows him to maintain this franchise as an endorsement of his behavior. The location is poorly maintained as well as the equipment. The regional manager is aware of his behavior but excuses it away as he says he makes U-haul good money at that location. The Google review say it all..he’s rude, demeaning; and threatening to customers, and my experience was no different. He refused me a rental, after confirming that he had the trailer, then became verbally abusive when questioned about where to rent another. The.question is why U/haul allows him to keep his franchise?

was told the truck had a 1/4 tank of gas. the needle did show that. Got on the highway about two miles away from this location and the gas light came on, put $65 dollars worth of gas in it, about 12 miles before it was returned. Was still charged a fill up fee even though the tank was not 1/4 of the way full like i was told. Was then charged another 80 dollars.
