The worker was extremely rude when I simply asked him if I could help him move some equipment around his small blocked up yard. It was the first time I’ve ever had such a rude Uhaul experience and I’ve rented close to 300 Uhauls over the years. He did apologize a couple of times but it wasn’t the way a person’s morning should start especially when I’m paying for a service!

Horrible owner, very rude. Jam packed parking lot - told him I wasn’t backing in spot with a van slanted in front of original spot. No parking lot lights very dark. Told me I can’t drive and to kiss his behind. Harassed me leaving as well.
