Lots of confusion regarding the actual location of the truck. Wasn’t clear on where it was. Also, we originally asked to pick up our rental from a different location and the reservation got switched to this one saying “our equipment was guaranteed at the new location.” Well it wasn’t. The truck was but we also requested a dolly and 2 dozen moving blankets and these were not there. So I called u haul and they sent me back to the original location that I had requested! Why not just have the truck there? Then we got there and we got the dolly but they only had 1 dozen blankets and no one said anything about reimbursing us for paying for 2 dozen. Customer service on the phone was extremely helpful.
