Terrible location. There's nobody at the desk most of the time. I had a reservation and they did not have a vehicle for me. After a couple of hours they gave me a different vehicle. This vehicle was not large enough for my job and I ended up having to make multiple trips. This costs extra mileage. Which was higher than the actual rental price. Really disappointing. Will never use this location again. Doubt I will ever use U-Haul again.

I had called a place that I use in the past and I was not aware that I was changed to a different location. I had only one email that went into my junk mail, which is not satisfactory. If you're going to change the location of someone picking up a truck you should make a phone call and reach out to someone.

The drivers side door of the truck was a little loose. Besides that everything worked well and the pick up and drop off process was really easy

Great customer service: friendly, professional, and helpful. The only issue was noticed after on the road that one of the tires on the cargo trailer was showing the belt! This tire needed to be replaced. Would still recommend this location.

Why do I have to be present to pay when it was reserved already with my credit card. When the driver is registered as an additional driver they should not have to use their own credit card when mine is already in your system.

This move was the most stressful experience due to UHAUL. The Thursday before my move I received a call from UHAUL during my dinner which caused me to cry and stress out as they notified me that I no longer had the truck and trailer reservation as they were not available. She did not offer any customer service, was unapologetic and made it seem like UHAUL did not care that I had family traveling over 400 miles to help me move. The location was not the issue. UHAUL overbooked and made no effort to correct their poor planning. So after dealing with a different person the next day I had to settle for a smaller truck and to wait an extra day for the trailer. After the nightmare of trying to place all of my items in a smaller truck (which I was unable to and had to leave all of my plants [some of which I had been growing for about 5 yrs.] behind) we had to wait 2 hours for the trailer as the previous person had not returned it yet. This was an awful experience and really hope to not need to deal with UHUAL again if this is how they plan and book their trucks and trailers. I could have went with a different company and paid extra to avoid the headache and horrible experience. Thankfully the workers at the shop were helpful and really tried to make us as comfortable, or else I really would have lost it that day.

I booked a truck in another location, 4 months ago. I received notice that the truck would not be available at my preferred location, and to travel to the second location. Which also did not have the truck i needed. There was no attendant to help (during business hours). It took 1 1/2 hours to have a larger truck (that i did not need) substituted for the pickup truck I requested.

Picked up the truck and the app did not work at the location. Got to my house and noticed the passenger side door lock was missing. There would be no way to secure the vehicle. The truck was not washed or cleaned, very disappointing. Had to drive back to return the truck only to find each of the replacements were no cleaner. Canceled the reservation and was charged $157.48 for driving the truck 24 miles round trip. Really disappointing and not a great way to start off a move to a new home. Will not suggest using this U- Haul ever.

I found out that this location released the trailer to me with a very worn tire with a bulge, which i did not notice until i had a different tire repaired due to a nail. This worn tire later blew out. Terrible experience waiting for repair between Barstow and Needles CA. We were on the side of the highway all night in the dark in 90 degree weather. Had hardly any sleep.

No maintenance done. Steering feels loose, way to much free play. Right rear turn signal is out. Wiper blades are so old they are latterly falling apart, good luck driving in the thick fog or rain. Customer service representative did not write downs correct rental days. Overhaul overprice and poor experience. Will not rent again because of the safety concerns

Customer service was friendly and understanding. The truck itself had not been swept before we picked it up - debris was all over. But most importantly, the back sliding door of the truck did not function well. It was difficult to open and close. The wires were unraveled in the spools on both sides. Once the truck was loaded, we were almost unable to close the back door. After a lot of effort, we were able to slam it shut. But when we arrived, the door wouldn't open without a great deal of effort. Once open, it wouldn't stay open, which was a safety hazard for everyone unloading. We were able to jam things in it to prop it open, but it would have been preferable to have the door function properly.

Informed my reservation time they changed from 7 a.m. until 12:15 which seriously affected the staff I hired to do the moving and forced us to do the move at the hottest part of the day. This just 2 days before the day of the move. The blankets I had reserved were not available as I was told they had been stolen from U-haul. The appliance hard truck I had reserved was not there either. Very poor performance from u-haul and will never use again.

We expected to pick up our U-Haul at 8AM but the U-Haul site was down and the location couldn’t rent us the truck until 11:30 AM which then made us have to rent it for another day because we needed more time to use the truck. Not happy that I had to pay for an extra day!

The first truck I was rented had a horrible , strong strong urine smell inside the back cargo space . So bad I had to return it. Perhaps locks are needed so people don’t open to sleep in ? I did rent another one .. Liked the older man who helped me. He was efficient & hard working but truck was not suitable to rent .

I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. I had a horrible experience and had to change my location of pick up because uhaul made a mistake and then the location made a mistake and the truck was not accessible. I ended up having to wait 2 hours for a nother truck at another site and had to drive much farther than my reservation was originally made for. I was also charged more by uhaul. It is not kings tires fault, it is uhaul's and I will never use again unless they make this right.

I was given a truck that had a license plate on it that wasn’t registered to any vehicle so I got pulled over and was detained for 2 hours along with my girlfriend while they searched the whole truck. It was humiliating and I should be reimbursed for the cost of the rental. As well as the license plate light was burnt out which was another reason they pulled me over. And the truck was such a mess in the back that I had to take it to the car wash and pressure wash the truck out. I’m not happy.

I did not know my 2 days started from the moment I picked up the truck. I would have scheduled picking it up later in the day. I ended up paying an extra day and I had it back before dark on the second day. I was a bit disappointed. Over all though, the truck ran well, might need an alignment, but it did the job. Elario, I think that's his name.... He was very nice.
