Start the customer off with a full tank of fuel. Or at least a half tank. The truck I rented yesterday had less than a quarter tank of gas to start. Also, two tires needed air, as per the dashboard message. These should be dealt with before the renter arrives, not while we wait.

Dustin VThe gentleman who helped me at the counter was extremely helpful. When he first pulled it upmy reservation, he did not see a 15 foot U-Haul, he found one on the lot. The check engine light was on, I believe they pulled it from being serviced, but it worked OK and I got my move done.
