Easy drop off process
Summer PGreat customer service, the truck and trailer were clean and ready to go. We did one way and had no problems dropping it off after hours with a long move day. I would recommend!
Lisa CAlthough the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a very negative experience. I was "upgraded" from a 10-foot truck to a 26-foot truck. This was an inconvenient surprise, as I reserved a 10-foot truck because that is what I needed, not 26 feet. Then when I arrived, the pickup location was not in great shape. I asked if I could leave my car while I moved for the day (only about 4 hours), and he told me I could, but have to move a bit because he did not want to be liable for my car while I was gone. Overall, the man who was running the shop was very helpful and kind, but I did not get what I purchased,d and the location needs updating.
