The equipment was old, the passenger door had damage and the weather trim was falling off. The steering was very loose and it felt unsafe to drive

JARRETT AThey insisted the gas gauge was wrong when I brought it back with same amount. Truck did have some exterior damage so damage waiver service was required
JASMINE WWent to pick up the trailer, the kid working behind the counter had no idea what was going on. The trailer was blocked in by vehicles being worked on at the shop next door. There were leaves and sticks all over the inside of the trailer itself. We were not given the dolly we were charged for either. I had to call back once we got home and realized he didn’t give it to us. He Sounded super stoned and wasn’t real personable. The location itself is not easy to get in and out of due to all of the broken down vehicles being parked throughout the lot.
