I was charged for 3 days when I only used the rental for 1 day and 3 hours. My original rental was for a truck that ended up being to large, but when I exchanged it for another truck I was charged for the full day rental when in fact I brought it back within in an hour. I will definitely not use this location and based this experience will not use or recommend UHaul

Too crowded, difficult to maneuver. Too much equipment on the lot.



While useing your truck I stepped off the bed of truck to the bumper and my foot slid off and I really hurt my knee. Maybe you could put non-skid tape across it so people don't get hurt.

We received excellent service from the person behind the counter. I'm not sure they can do much about the location. There is very little parking and it's nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic when leaving the facility.

The van ran smoothly but the oil change light was on. Also there was sand in the bed of the van which was covered up by two blankets and a variety of old bottles, broken toys etc in the wells of the van. The cab was very dusty. It was fine for the short trip we made but would not have wanted to put new items in the van or go for a longer trip. The person at the desk was very nice, but first thought my husbands licensee was expired but it was not. We were not escorted to the van but pointed in a general direction with the key. The parking was very tight and I would probably go to another location just a mile or two down the road that had more ample parking. I gave a ride to another customer whose truck was not there as ordered; but the clerk did locate that truck for him at a uhaul down the street and would have given him a ride when he was able to had I not done so.

The smoke show working the desk was very efficient and effective in her job. I was pleaser Lyft surprised to have a quick and easy experience. The only downsize is the parking lot but not much you can change about that.

When I ordered my U-Haul service via phone I scheduled the truck drop off in San Rafael, Ca. I also confirmed this in person when I picked up the truck in Santa Rosa and there were no objections in the office. When I arrived to drop off the truck at the U-Haul dealer in San Rafael I was told the truck had to be returned to Santa Rosa, CA and there was nothing they could do about it in San Rafael. Also, if I wanted to leave the truck in San Rafael I would be charged an additional $152. I feel this is poor customer service and I am left wondering if and how much I was overcharged since my original quote over the phone was around $70. Extremely disappointed that I had to drive all the way back to Santa Rosa after a long day of moving.

The original drop off location was Cloverdale, which is a 30 min drive. After getting there and finding out they don’t take trailers, and the nearest location was in Santa Rosa. At this time it was too late to go there. Oh, the best part is the lady acted like I should have known that I couldn’t bring my trailer there. I went the next morning to drop off the trailer. Santa Rosa is an hour drive south of me. I get there in the am, and the guy is a jerk. I spoke with them the day before and they said I could bring it down. He is acting like he might not have room for the trailer. He finals moves a van, and asks me to back my trailer up in this tight spot at a 45degree angle with a ton of others car in the parking lot. I tell him that is an impossible turn, and he gives me attitude about it. He then goes on to tell me he will do it with my car. I thought you guys have those wheels to move trailers. I finally move the car to try and back it in. After at least 30 min, we are able to squeeze it in. What a freaking nightmare! After this, I think I’m done with using uhaul.

The issue wasn't the actual location. The issue was the poor customer service scheduling the rental and picking up. We were promised a pickup at a minimum in our own county. Instead, had to drive 2 hours to pick up the trailer. If there were another company to rent, would definitely go there. Customer service lied and did nothing about it.

This location was hard to enter and exit because there was a lot of cars parked around. It was dirty and uninviting

It was too crowded. An oblivious customer blocked in some cars and a driveway. It was a mess for me and other customers to get out. (The store was closed as it was Memorial Day). Perhaps they need to stripe the parking lot.

Nice folks. I bought a wardrobe box from them and they didn't give me the hanger. The person waiting on me help me out with the box I thought the hanger was inside the box. It was useless. They told me they be open Sunday morning and they never showed up so I had to go through a big hassle to go another drop off location. When I picked up the trailer it took the customer service person at Kings 20 t0 30 minutes to work the computer I don't know if it was his fault or not he was very nice but it took 45 minutes by the time I got out of there and I arrived before 8 a.m. I was the first customer. He was the only one there. I went there on Thursday to pick up the dolly, mattress cover and wardrobe box and make sure everything was in order for pickup and drop-off. They failed. I don't think I'd like to go to Kings anymore.
