1) the confirmation email did not have the address, so I had to call UHAUL while I was driving to confirm it. 2) I was charged a 5$ "safety fee" I'm not sure what this was for, I paid 14$ for extra insurance, I don't know why I would need to pay an additional fee. 3) I was sent a link to evaluate the truck before we took it, which would have been great, but it didn't work so we had to use the paper one (which was okay, but it would have been nice if the link worked)

Horrible customer service! Processing the reservation seemed like a total inconvenience to the employee working the computer. The truck was filthy and trashed. Will definitely go to another Uhaul location for next rental.

Customer Service rep/sales rep was incredibility rude when explaining and confirming information for truck rentals to my husband. I never had an issue with Uhaul or renting from this company but this time was a shock and surprise from this location's customer service is just terrible. Attitude and tone of voice, not including sighing for needing to review the paperwork, but this made us feel stupid and angry with how we were trusting to use this rental.

The location was fine. Unfortunately. UHaul's willingness to offer "reservations" for equipment that is ultimately not available negatively impacted my move as well as the move of one other family member and leaves me seriously questioning the wisdom of relying on your company in the future.

From beginning to end my experience with U-Haul was the worst consumer experience of my life. Twice guaranteed reservations were simply not available to me after I had hired drivers, people to help pack the truck, my own time, airline changes, etc., etc. I don't know if U-Haul personnel are trained to tell the customers anything they can to make a sale or if they are trained to simply lie, but the truth was never told to e. Or was it mismanagement in the scheduling dept.? Nightmare experience causing much anxiety. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Spent 2 minutes waiting to be acknowledged as personal ate and chatted with friends/family. No other customers in building. Was forced to fold blankets or face a fine. Blankets were not folded for me.

Maybe tell the person to stop eating and conversing with his family/friends when a customer comes in. I waited for 2 minutes to be acknowledged and I was the only customer in the place. I also was forced to fold the 10 blankets I received or pay a fine. They weren’t folded for me, and I paid for 12. There’s much more to this UHaul experience, and I plan on calling corporate ASAP - worst customer experience of my life. You guys need to get your shit together.

Parking lot is real small and there’s a bunch of commotion out front at all times. But the lady at the front desk of Kings TIRES is extremely helpful and kind.

There was nowhere in the Uhaul parking lot to park my car, so I had to park on the street and ended up getting a parking ticket. Yes, the parking ticket was my fault, but next time I would choose a location where I knew there was space to park.
