We rented a 5x8 trailer, we went to pick it up and the girl walked out with us, hooked it up and then as she was checking the taillights, the right one was out. Rather than having to redo all the paperwork, she told us it was fine to drive it 800 miles through Atlanta with only one brake light/ slash turn signal was working. We voiced our concern and she said it was fine, just let the return location know the light was working so they could repair it. We proceeded to drive home and was pulled over by the TN Highway Patrol for only having one working tail light/ brake light. We arrived home called Uhaul and had to wait 3 hours for a repairman to come work on the light. As a result we could not load up for our trip that day, as it was almost 7:30 PM by the time he arrived and was able to get the light working again. This was our first time renting from King’s and will be our last.

STEVEN CI had troubles with the app picking up the truck, but the boss him self whom was not there at the time. Came out in less then 10min to help me out he had me on the road in a few mins. Great service and great people. 10/10 from me

THEODORE GDoug went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and had everything needed for the move. The truck, however, could use some TLC. There was so much damage to the outside of the trailer that I surprised it stayed in one piece as I drove it on the interstate.
