We returned it when the store was closed so we put the key above the visor instead of asking us about it they charged me 250$ then we got it dirty didnt even have the dolly in the truck that I paid for. We returned it clean but yet they charged us a 100$ for a cleaning fee .. so I refuse to pay for something I know they didn't do. 595$ for 3 days. I would go somewhere else!LARRY R.
This location does not have a dropbox. I spent about 20 minutes in the cold at night looking for it and had to wait for over 51 minutes for a call back about the situation. Then I es told to bring the key to the location in the morning which is 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was the next morning. I got there to be told they don't accept the 26' trucks and that I needed to take it down the road to the main hub. I didn't have anyone who could bring me back. I called Uhaul to be told they never reported they couldn't accept the trucks. I was then instructed to go BACK and put the keys under the driver's seat. Uhaul still hasn't offered an compensation or an apology for the inconvenience.CHRISTEL Y.

24/7 truck share didn't work. No drop box to pick up key. Had to wait on store to open and then the owner was rude. The whole thing was a cluster. The owner checked me in but entered the wrong drop off location.RODERICK P.
I chose this location because of how I was mistreated at the 1805 E Stone Drive - Kingsport location. The gentleman at this location(1505 W Stone Drive-Kingsport) was very professional, courteous and patient (I asked a lot of questions). Thank you sir!Mary W.
I was charged 1 full extra day upon return because I was 10 minutes late and after the clerk checked the odometer, fuel and gave me my receipt, I was 30 minutes late. I was told there wasn't anything he could do to change the charge for an extra day. This wasn't a good experience with Uhaul. I'll think twice before using it again.JOSEF S.
The truck had bottles. I had reserved a 15 ft truck 2 weeks prior and when we got there they claimed they didn't have one to use. So they said we have 20 ft truck but was forced to pay extra even though I had reserved a 15 ft truck way in advance. And they were rude the whole time trying to even rent the other truck. The check engine light was on and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. The metal of the windshield wiper on the driver's side was scraping on the glass. I told the lady behind the counter, but she dismissed what I said. She also has a nice selection of drug paraphernalia for sale. It's one thing to be frequented by addicts, but it's another to knowingly profit from their addiction. I won't be back to this location.Alex N.
Worst customer service model of ANY business EVER!! Though I called and talked to a person, they didn't hold the reservation. The 10 ft truck I ordered wasn't there and I was forced into a 15 ft at the higher price. It smelled like cigarette smoke! The tank was 3/4 full. Per the directions, I brought the truck back with more gas than I got it with. They still charged for gas!!! I drove the truck 2 miles over the limit of 117, and was charged and extra fee for that too!!! Every time the excuse was "there's nothing we can do" or "its the system". Thus was a terrible experience!!CHRISTOPHER H.
