Carla Wi am 74 yrs old and the gentleman was so very helpful when I had to get the truck longer than expected as I did not know how this system worked and I started getting very stressed out and he calmed me right down he also showed me around the truck told me about tow switch on gearshift etc. will def recommend that store for sure!

Richard mI rent from you all the time (you can bring up my past records) you have this rental sight Kirklands Hardware on a due not return!!!!it needs stuff to rents there’s nothing in there yard they said they have contacted you but it still hasn’t been lifted for a no return!!!I did the same survey last time and it obviously fell on deaf ears please take them off a due not drop list they need things to rent !!!!!!! Thankyou

frank FThe unit was dirty it has a couple of empty bottles and was not in good condition to drive even though I was told that I was. I noticed that the check engine light was on and a message on the computer saying that the fuel cup was loose. And I pointed out to the person in charge and he still said it was ok that it wasn’t anything major next thing you know the gas liquid was spilling while driving putting my life in risk. But it was too late for me to ask for another truck I already had paid the movers to load it up and I was in the middle of my way to Utah. I have videos and pictures to prove that. I expect a call from someone with an explanation and a big discount to compensate your failure and provide a safe and reliable equipment.
Carlos UService at this location is excellent. We have rented from here before. Truck was clean and ready to go. Quick paperwork. Easy drop off. I highly recommend this location. It is truly convenient for those of us living up in the mountains. So happy it is available to our community.

Steve BThe air conditioner did not work in the truck I rented he got it working by playing with the switches and when I was about 7 miles from the u haul dealership it quit working I couldn’t return it I had people waiting for me to load that I had to pay them and it’s only 97 degrees in lake Isabella ca so when I return it he went out there to see if he could get it going he couldn’t he said he was going to take it out of service!!!very nice place I rented from but it was a hot drive!!!!!
charles tOverall U haul sucked. They call me after I picked up truck and tried to have me drop it off at another place over an hour away on Memorial Day. They were suppose to call me, instead charged me for 2 extra days. I thought U Haul was a good company. NOT SO MUCH.

wendy sWe had transmission problems with the uhaul, to the point where we lost overdrive, we stopped spent money on a hotel to let it cool down and then next day we have no overdrive and the passenger side wheel is screeching, got to the point we were doing 25 to 30 on a 80mph freeway, spent over 900 for uhaul rental and another 400 plus in gas to find out when we finally made it to destination that the truck we were in was sent out to be retired and wasnt suppose to be rented again because of all the mechanical issues it has, so i would like to know how exactly its ok to expect someone to pay 1500 or more in rental, gas and motel rental to be rented a vehicle of such poor mechanical standards, to gave the person tell me at the counter when i dropped off that it was suppose to be retired because of those issues and then to have issues when dropping off with storage at a uhaul facility then to charge me additional fees when i leave beyond upset, worst experience and to be honest not safe for anyone to be driving, my family and I are amazed that something more serious didnt go wrong, uhaul is lucky something more serious didnt go wrong, poor customer service all around, you dont rent out a vehicle that has known mechanical issues and is supposed to be retired!!

Arthur RI returned the truck with the exact same level of gas, but was charged a fee for not returning at the proper level. If there had actually been someone available at the return location, I might’ve been able to communicate this to them. Very disappointed.

Michael DThe only issue was I’m use to getting rentals with a full tank of gas the vehicle was marked as 1/4 tank and actually had an 1/8 of a tank.

David SMake sure equipment, in my case a trailer, had good tires. Had to stop in Redding,California and wait for service to arrive to get new tires put on..this could have been very dangerous if someone had not pointed it out to us.

JAMES HI was given a 1980 uhaul trailer that had a rusty handle that was difficult to open and close and there answer was to use WD40. The trailer shouldn’t have been still around. Also when I got to my Florida with the heavy rain the 1980 uhaul was not water Resistant and most of my stuff got wet an RuinedIf he even said the 1980 unit should not of been used Also one of the back lights didn’t work once we started So dissatisfied
