There seemed to be some language barrier. When I asked questions no one could answer. I rented the vehicle because I needed it but if I had a choice I would go with a location that was more knowledgeable.

I did everything online but still had to do a lot of the same registration stuff at the store. I thought the point of doing it online I was supposed to just pick up keys and go.

I don't understand the 29.99 turning into 114.00. I mean, i do understand safe driving coverage at 14.00 dollars. Plus the .40 cents a mile. How come you don't get a discount when the milage is lower then the damn 30 miles they lock you into. Yet you get an extra charge if you go over the 30 miles. So why not get a lower charge if your miles is under?

There was a major confusion with my experience and those of other customers. We all asked for a specific location to pick up our truck and were sent almost 30 minutes out of our traveling path to another location. Once we arrived, the system of renting our truck was slow and tedious. I was very unhappy that I had to travel a further distance to pick up the vehicle. I lost over an hour of loading time traveling to rent the truck. I was extremely annoyed!

I have used u-haul many time,but this last time was horrific. they tried to charge me 130.00 for a local trip of mabe 30 miles tops stating I went 104 miles.after countless e-mails the situation stays the same.so this is my last time using u-haul.

U-Haul sent me to a location for my scheduled pick up that was closed on Sundays... I called the Emergency number on the door .....(mailbox Full). **i notice 2 parked uhauls, **2 lock boxes with U-Haul number 1 and U-Haul number 2 that I believed to contain the keys for the parked uhauls. 2 hours on the phone with corporate while changing my phon s privacy settings,, upon there request to do so, to access there app. The last step of the app was the odometer reading had to be given to the U-Haul rep. To enable her to give me the code to open one iof the boxes to get the keys. I asked her to please give me the keys so I could obtain the odometer reading and forward it to her. She said no. Understand, when I booked I was told the location was next to my sons college, however the (closed) location ‘uhaul’ sent me to was 45 minute drive. I left my hotel at 6am and got to the closed location at 645am. Left the parking lot with no U-Haul at 9am. Sad..... this business is a nightmare....The rep kept speaking slower for the two hours I spoke to her, she kept saying slowly, ( Miss Donna)...................... if she said it once she said it a 100 times. She clearly knew I couldn’t access the vehicle for an odometer reading but she had me on the phone 2 hours. I would like someone from U-Haul to contact me on this matter.

Broken Glass was all inside of the truck I ended up cutting myself cleaning the glass up and there were many broken shards and big pieces of glass all inside of the back of the track would not refund me my money or exchange vehicle basically told me clean it yourself and then charged me to use the items highly disappointed in uhaul as I have used there company many times to come find out that this is how I would be treated when things went wrong

They did not have the furniture dolly we requested and we didn't find out until we arrived. They did not refund the full amount of the dolly they did not have.

The cashier was challenged with balancing servicing me amongst other customers stopping in to pay for gas, tobacco, etc. He definitely did the best he could. My truck, being 26 foot, was in a far off lot. I was not aware of this earlier and did not secure transportation, so I had to walk and cross a busy 4 lane highway to get the truck. The utility dolly was at the station, so I had to drive truck back to pick it up.
