It was confusing. I had to leave it at the side of the road. Knowing that beforehand would have been cool. The key drop box took a minute to find too.

The service was good, and the truck was in good condition. However, I was charged almost twice what I was originally told the rental would cost. The truck was also switched to a smaller one, and it was given to me with an empty gas tank, so I had to put gas in it just to be able to drive it. Even with the smaller truck, I was charged nearly $120, even though I was told the total should not be more than around $70. I would really appreciate it if someone from your team could review the charges and let me know why the final amount was so much higher than what I was originally quoted. Thank you for your help.

Terrible drop off location and dangerous on top of everything else I did all I could to drop it off within the same day and still got charged an extra day

Terrible location overall. I had to wait 40 minutes past my order time to get my truck even though i was there 20 minutes early. I had to switch locations because the initial location i was at claimed my assigned truck wasn’t returned so i had to wait. terrible experience and service and i ended up only using it for 16 miles and 5 hours and still somehow paid $80

Not a U-haul center. Was a single truck ata nursery. I ordered pads - no pads and no way to get any. Truck floor was dirty. Truck engine light was on. Location closed at noon.

When we rented the truck there was a pair of shoes in the cab that were really stinky and it made the whole cab smell. I put in the survey at the end that the truck wasn’t clean enough for the next family because of this, and then I was charged a $25 cleaning fee! Additionally the location in Google Maps for the uhaul pickup location is in the wrong spot and on the wrong side of the road which can make pickup/drop off a huge hassle, especially in a part of town where there isn’t really any street lights or signage.

All trucks were on a dirt lot that seemed to share space with a nursery. The truck shook very badly, the lug nuts were rusted and the AC stopped working halfway through the trip.

Dear U-Haul, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. When I picked up the truck, it was dirty and the check engine light was on. The representative instructed me to take photos of the vehicle, but the location was very tight and not safe due to fast-moving traffic. I had to cross the street to take the photos, which made me uncomfortable. The app didn't work properly, and I had to call multiple times to resolve the issues. To make matters worse, we accidentally locked the key in the truck while taking photos, and since we didn't have insurance at the time, we were charged $200. Given the unsafe conditions and technical issues, I believe this charge is unfair. I'm requesting reimbursement for the $200. Best regards,

I was expecting a Uhaul store where I could get a ball I needed, buy had to drive to a parts store then back to Uhaul. The man who helped me was great, good attitude and helpful

I can't believe that the small unit that I rented only gives 4 miles per hour, I own semi-trailers (18 wheelers) and they give me 6 to 9 miles per hour, I did not appreciate a $9.50 charge for gasoline. Next time I will be renting elsewhere.
