William RodgersPlace was not opened when we dropped off the truck and trailer. Someone could have easily stolen the trailer as it is not locked to the truck. Also, the key drop box could easily have been broken into allowing for the trucks to be stolen.

Christina McDanielThis is a small location, but still easy to use. For drop-off, the lot is very open and clear on the left side. The Owner was not present during usual business hours, perhaps because I arrived earlier (9AM) than my scheduled afternoon time. Another employee on site could not receive the truck but said the owner would be back "soon". I did not wait. The mobile check-in was easy and straight-forward.

JONATHAN VILLALONAI do not have a smart phone. The check-in was completely done by smart phone because the location had no attendant. Just by chance my ride home had his smartphone. Otherwise it would have been a big problem for me.

KITTY GAYHARTThe wrong vehicle keys were placed in the box for my rental. Had to engage Uhaul and create a brand new reservation over the phone. Not ideal.
ROBERT HURSTI know they have no way of knowing when I drove the vehicle, but of the 120 miles that I put on it, only 40-50 were on the weekend, but because I rented it on a Friday (I returned it the following Wednesday afternoon), it made all the miles the weekend rate. Again, they have no way of knowing, but it was a little frustrating.
MERETTA HEATWOLEHave the correct key, to the assigned truck available after hours. Tired texting the number on the building sign, no response. Took 1hour to talk to someone at uhaul to correct the error.

And unlike the last place from which I needed to rent a vehicle - who charged me for an extra day I didn't use and didn't ask for - the actual price came out slightly lower than the estimate. barbara deanThe after-hours web-based drop-off process is buggy -- the site told me it couldn't access my location, despite the fact that my web location services were on. This CANNOT happen when U-Haul is sending people to 3rd party drop-off sites that may have shorter hours. I'm grateful that the folks at Kittods were able to process my drop-off with no issues despite the fact I was unable to submit an after-hours drop-off report because U-Haul, yet again, let me down.

Juan SosaSend instructions on checking in for pick up and for returning in writing as well as the YouTube video. Apparently I was supposed to get a video beforehand, which I never received until trying to check in on 24/7 at the time of check in and not until I called uhaul for help. Returning was equally difficult. I had requested a furniture dolly and pads which were not in the truck. And at the end of the move, the movers were shutting the cargo door and a bolt and plate fell off from a place on the ceiling. I put those two pieces in the cup holder inside the cab.
