PAUL TI’d put the trucks in the back row and the trailers in the front row. It’s easier for folks to put the trailers back if there aren’t a bunch of trucks in the way.
David BThey were average again. The people were grumpy and on the phone- but most of the people seem to not give a shit at the locations you work with so I guess that's average. I think your EXPENSIVE for what we get and I do not like your online technology. Very slow.

KENNETH PThe U Haul website is very difficult to navigate. Specifically, to look at inventory available at a specific location for specific dates. The trailer itself worked fine, other than the hooks on chains do not want to stay hooked very long.
RYAN MThey did not help put the trailer on, they said they did not have blankets but they were on the shelf. When I returned the employee was in a personal call the whole time. The trailer had sand on the inside and outside so the furniture I was picking up ended up with scratches
SHARLET MThe key and "fob"/tag I was given with the truck would NOT fit into the key deposit box @ the Buffalo location! I had to seperate the key from the tag to get them to slide into slot. Then once the key was partially in, I was able to reconnect the tag.

SHIRLEY CMost of the staff does not have a very good idea on how to rent the trucks. Younger staff and a lot of trucks, but training is needed for sure. Check out they have you get the mileage and I feel if there are issues, someone should come out to give Assurance. In addition, they can only provide the additional charges? No total receipt for the rental? Not bad to work with, they just take longer because of their age and inexperience and they have a lot of trucks. First rental at this location, all 3 went in the back to do something and literally walked away from greeting us, so we waited and than it took all 3 together to figure out the pricing and how to rent us the truck. Everything worked out well, but one probably needs to plan on at least a half hour, because of the inexperience and the staff not really knowing how to rent the trucks. Also nobody cleans the trucks, someone should be in charge of this, so they are clean in the can especially abd the back. I find most of your rental affiliates to be lazy in this area. Impose a cleaning fee on renters or something to cover the affiliates having someone clean the trucks, but this is not acceptable.
ANTHONY WTruck needs an alignment very hard to drive . Truck cab wasn't cleaned from previous rental . Windshield whistles while driving. Overall poor equipment. Also was charged an extra day because it was returned 10 min late .
CHRISTINE MTruck windshield was covered in snow and ice even though the snow had stopped mid afternoon the day prior. Truck was not very clean but we chalked that up to it being winter. Heat in the truck didn't work correctly... one trip no heat the next either blasting hot or blasting cold. Difficult to pull Truck out because it was so close to the other trucks

david DThe Windshield and both side windows, and both sets of mirrors were filthy with road spray. windshield washer fluid was empty and then I put some on my own in the washer reservoir the washing fluid hoses were broke and just sprayed washer fluid all over the inside of the engine compartment . None sprayed on the windshield . I had to clean all of the windshields with Windex myself before I could drive it.
NOEL WEasy pick up and return. They gave a credit for unused days when I brought it back early. Trailer worked great.

ROBERT MThe app was not good. I couldn’t pick up my truck with the app and it also wouldn’t let me drop it off. The app contained to crash while trying to do both steps.
ANGELA LCustomer service said on the phone they would notify drop off site I was bringing trailer. They did not have that information at the drop off site?
DAVID BWithout a doubt the worst experience i ever had with a rental company. Absolutely no customer service. 8.5 hrs to change a flat tire. I asked multiple times just give me another trailer so I could be on my way. I was told that they would not change the trailer I rented. I was told they were going to put 2 new tires on the trailer and what i got was to used tires that were dry rotted too. I ended up turning around and head back home because I didn't trust the tires they put on. U Haul totally screwed up our plans by taking 8.5 hrs to fix a flat tire. Unbelievable, this is the largest rental company in the country and they can't fix a tire or give you another so you can be on your way. No I will never rent from U Haul again or recommend u haul to anyone. And to top it all off U Haul still charged us. Take my advice save yourself a lot of trouble and heart ache find a different company to rent from , a company that has the customers best interest at heart. On the scale 1-10 i give u haul a 1 only because the scale doesn't have a minus sign.

Dan TThe windshield and box of the truck were dirty. First thing I did was go to a gas station and clean the windshield. Was told it had a full tank of gas It did not. Let the person at the counter know about the problems no apology
David BTrailer had a flat tire when we came to pick it up. Another tire was worn badly and also needed to be replaced as well. Both should have been found before it was rented out. This resulted in multiple several hour delays
Dan THi! The 15' box truck we rented had a floor space of only approx. 12 feet. Overall worked for what we need, but would have been S.O.L. if we had any item over 15. Thankfully my 12 foot counter just barely fit. The 15' is only above the cap - the listings need updating for sure! They are not true 15 foot.

Paul JI’m 55 years old and when I picked up the trailer I saw there was no trailer jack on it. It was difficult to line up and the tongue weight is unbelievably heavy for someone my age. I hurt my back putting it on the trailer hitch.the two young men at the counter should’ve offered to put it on the hitch for me or your equipment should have trailer jacks
Paul LEasy enough to drop off, but all the pictures I had to take was ridiculous, and for the amount of money I paid to use that truck you would have thought it would at least have a radio or maybe cruise control.

Erik FFrustrated that I wanted to pick up in St Michael and the location was changed to Buffalo (20 minutes further out of my way). I have rented from this location so often and received so many emails/texts regarding my reservations that I did not pay attention to any of the notifications telling me it was moved. It would have been preferable to have the location moved to Elk River that is just 5 miles away. So there was the additional time, about 30 extra miles to pay for and more than 1 hour additional drive time to get to and from this location. Klatt was fine- Uhaul scheduling was a disappointment.
SHARON KYou need to update the app/virtual checkout system! Our original rental was at a different location close to home but the virtual checkout couldn't find my location and even after spending 30+ minutes in the phone with a very pleasant person, it still wouldn't work so we had to cancel that reservation and drive 10 miles away to get a truck in person from somewhere else. We were then charged extra because we drove it further than our original rental required. Overall, a very disappointing experience for virtual but thankfully Klatt True Value was able to get us set up within a half an hour.

david DA/C did not work. Cruise control failed occasionally. Picked up dirty, and was charged at drop off for cleaning. Auto transport had a tail light out. Awful experience.
