The location was just ok. It took extra time to locate and do paperwork. I left home the following morning in the rain. The brakes felt a bit soft. I had someone pull out in front of me And had to brake hard. There were no trailer brakes at all. I called U-Haul emergency and was put in contact with a service center about 8 miles away. These guys were the heroes. They took trailer out of service immediately and brought me another trailer. Its center was in Brunswick, Ga. Thanks guys
