Truck was parking on a moody place. Was not possible to move it. Got a new truck, caution light on. Got another truck, half empty. Returned it after 10 minutes because the truck was shaking a lot and engine light turned on for a short time. Luckily someone towed the previous truck out of the moody place and we can use it. Kind of disappointing about the experience. Just a headache. Would not recommend to anyone.

JIMMY MWhen you rent a truck OR Trailer, it’s not by the hour, it’s by the day!! What’s this Bull Shit about asking how many hours do you need it , then charging more if you go over the number of hours when it’s less than 24? Quit RIPPING OFF!!

Mark RThe unit only had 1/4 tank of gas, which meant that I would have had to take an extra stop at a gas station should I have been going a long distance. And the check engine light was on and I had to take time to call someone to get clearance that this was OK to still use the truck. I wasn't able to upload the video I took from my phone to the agent I was chatting with due to size limitations and I wasn't able to upload a picture at all. The chat agent took over 10 minutes to respond to me, so I ended up calling roadside assistance and Daphne was Super Helpful. She definitely saved the situation from getting way out of hand. Although the facility said that they were open on Saturdays, no one was there when I picked up or dropped off the truck.

Myckella MCustomers service was top tier at this drop off location. Not only did the rep make me feel comfortable, but he explained how a situation like I described above happens and how he prevents it at his store. Would absolutely recommend.
TRACY BThis drop off location is not very well marked. It said to drop off at Bldg. 7 but building 7 was not marked. The agent happened to see me driving around the many buildings in the complex and did come out to meet me. This location just needs more signage.
James SThe Uhauls are in a field of grass. I went to the door and it was locked but it was answered pretty quickly. The guy asked me some questions and ended up sitting down to look through his phone for the reservation. It took quite a few minutes. Then he handed me the keys. When I got back around 9, I was pulling into the field and the truck got stuck because it had rained and they are parked in a grass field. So I went up to the door and there was a number. I tried texting but it was a landline. I called, thinking I could leave a voicemail. I was met with a very angry voice who was focused on being mad at me that I couldn't tell her the truck was stuck. I just wanted them to not be surprised the next morning. Don't have the number posted if you don't want people to call it, or get a cell phone so you can get texts.
Betteanne PSupposed to open at 9:30 and they didn’t open to 10:00. Very poor customer service to open late. Then she had trouble with the computer systems and took another 30 minutes to finally complete my rental. No one available to help connect the 16x9 trailer and had to do it myself. It was very heavy to lift onto my hitch, especially for a. 60 year old man with health issues. I will not rent from this place again. Very poorly managed.
Brian CQuicker check-out and check-in. Inform me if you're closed at the time of return and prepare me for self-return. Otherwise we could extend the rental to the next morning for an easier return process.

Ryan WI would recommend this location with a qualifier. The staff was VERY professional and helpful. The only glitch was that when I arrived at about 10:30 am Tuesday, no one was at the office. Had to call to coordinate the drop off.
MICHAEL STwice my reservation was sent to a location that didn’t have the trailer that I reserved. The first place helped me get the reservation changed. It was changed to another location that one day before I was to pick it up didn’t have it…said it was returned to the wrong location and the lady couldn’t / didn’t help. Essentially she turned U-Haul’s problem into mine. The trailer that I rented was retuned 2 blocks away and she refused to help. I worked with the lady at the 3rd location that I visited to get it straightened out. Candidly, I was extraordinarily pissed at the lady at the second location and would not recommend her location for anything.
Jeff DThe after-hours return process via the online U-Haul app did not work for me. It kept taking me in a circle every time I tried to "continue" and close out my contract. I was not aware of the fact that KMC Motorsports would be closed on the day I was returning the truck, but it all worked out.
KENNETH WTruck was dirty. Your dispatch sent us to three different locations and never provided the $50 guarantee that we were entitled to. Overall a bad experience.

PATRICK MTrucks and trailers are on a dirt lot with limited access. It works but nothing like a U-Haul facility.

John HThe drop-off location is not well displayed. The only helpful detail was the building number. No markings to pick up or drop off. So I left the unit parked along what I thought was the front of the building. I can't say anything about the staff as I drop the unit off at the closing hour of 5 pm.

CHRISTOPHER CThe employee wasn't very helpful and wasn't even at work. She said had been in an accident the day before. But hadnt alerted the uhaul manager about her issues. I had to go down the road to another uhaul and she was very nice and helpful. Called the area manager, who came pretty quickly and helped us get into the truck we had rented. They were both great!

MITCH HOriginal reservation at Blackwell Uhaul had to be transferred due to truck not being available. Lost about 1 1/2 hours of moving due to having to be brought out to second site to get a truck. No dollys, no pads, nothing ordered available despite having requested a week in advance. Due to lack of equipment, cost me an additional $300.00. Very disappointed.
