Kevin cMy truck was not at the right location. I had no cell signal to use the u haul app. I was not told if I missed my self appointed pickup time my order would be cancelled.
Timothy SExtremely poor customer service. Actually, no customer service at all. If the U-Haul key could be hung on the wall and ready for you.. you would have better customer service then by far.
