Everything was great. I spoke with one of the representatives after returning the truck. I told him that I would call the toll road authority and pay all tolls. I asked if he could put that in the notes that way I don’t get double charged. I did call the Toll Rd., Authority but it was Saturday around 6:15 PM and there’s no one there to speak with a representative. I will be calling the toll road authority on Monday.

Need better road sign that can be seen as location is not visible from the main street.
Anil BThe trailer I was assigned to drive 3000 miles had NO BRAKES! The tires were covered in caked on mud that was still present after 5 days as well as the wheel wells of the trailer. I didn’t feel like the tires had sufficient tread and asked the service attendant if they were safe enough for my trip and he answered “they’re within the specs”. I feel like my life and the life of my family was put at serious risk with no brakes on the trailer and for the sole purpose to just to get a VERY used and broken down trailer off this guys lot, out of his inventory and across the country.to be the problem of the next people. I am deeply disappointed in this experience with uhaul especially since the guy got almost 800 dollars of my limited income.
