This location is always the best. The truck that was here was not the best though!

This is bs!! I filled the tank up to full so much that gas started to run onto ground because it couldn't take anymore fuel! And Now you are charging me an additional $137.00? No I don't think so. Also WHY is it so much? I have called this office 3x this morning and get ahold of anyone. What a RIP OFF!! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!
DANA HI booked at Patriot in Venus Tx and then was instructed to pick up at Knapp which was further away. And when I returned the truck, I took it to Patriot because I was told it was ok to do so by Patriot and in the past, ive always been able to return to any UHaul location. I get a call three days later asking when I'm going to return the truck.
Rusty MEli was a great hel[p at the desk. Your online check in system is not good. Slow, poor technology, not clear. I will not use it, or try to use it again.

Henry GI was supposed to pick up a 20 ft van in a different location at 8:00 yesterday morning. But for some reason there was no van there when I showed up. And the place wasn't open yet so I couldn't go in and talk to anyone. I was on the phone with U-Haul for an hour. They sent me to another location that had plenty of vans but they weren't open till 9:30. That place was great that lady helped me instantly. But it really makes me mad I wasted my time and had to pay for van that wasn't there before I could speak someone on the phone. The storage unit with the lady was very helpful. But it's still put me 2 hours behind schedule yesterday.
