I am very disapoited because no one properly imformed me of not being able to use this trailer for a rear wheel drive vehicle. I had to drive all the way back late tonight and was not able to tow my vhehicle tonight
CUAHUTEMOC VThe two individuals working in the Knapp Sisters Self Storage office were friendly, helpful and professional. They were also very patient with me. Google Maps sent me to the wrong entrance (I blame Google, not Knapp Sisters) but when I called the office staff quickly and politely helped me get to the correct entrance without issues.
Andrew BWe dropped off after hours so I can't comment much except to say they did finally return my call when I asked about an after-hours return. The disappointing thing was we parked the truck in the first spot where all the other 10' trucks were on Saturday evening around 7:30b pm. Turned the keys into the box. I have pictures of the mileage, gas tank, etc. Then I get a call about noon on MOnday asking where the truck was. She was surprised we had turned it in! Obviously they don't check their trucks or the key box!
