Stop using a technicality of when you pick up and drop off a vehicle to get more money out of people money that you clearly don’t deserve. I dropped off my rental a full day before it was scheduled to be dropped off. Ya I picked it up a little early at 430ish pm instead of the scheduled 5pm. So if you want to be well this is how it is. Then fine don’t expect a great review when I hang up especially after I called twice and left a message each time to call me back and never received a call back. I had to call you a 3rd time just to hear sorry but you aren’t getting jack back. Lesson learned I guess.
Scott BI went online to reserve a 10' box truck. It was a last minute decision. Knapp sisters had the truck ready to go, and checkout and check in combined took less than 5 minutes.
