I have screenshot of the dashboard when I delivered back the vehicle (15 feet truck) at the Knapp Sisters Self Storage. Truck was filled up with gas up to 3/4th of gas tank. That's what the gas level showed (even lower than 3/4th) when I picked up the truck. Still, I was charged 2 gallons of gas showing the gas level below 3/4th of the gas tank. My screenshot shows the gas full up to 3/4" level of the gas tank. Someone please explain why am I charged for 2 gallons of gas? Thanks for your attention. [However, ladies there were very friendly!].

Felicia GI am very disapoited because no one properly imformed me of not being able to use this trailer for a rear wheel drive vehicle. I had to drive all the way back late tonight and was not able to tow my vhehicle tonight
CUAHUTEMOC VThe two individuals working in the Knapp Sisters Self Storage office were friendly, helpful and professional. They were also very patient with me. Google Maps sent me to the wrong entrance (I blame Google, not Knapp Sisters) but when I called the office staff quickly and politely helped me get to the correct entrance without issues.
