The hotel employees were rude dismissive took a very long time to check me in which I had already done on line. I would not recommend this establishment and would be concerned if they represented my service line.

Drop off box, never interacted with staff
Rita CNot blaming Knights Inn, but I reserved a truck from the Pleasant Hills Uhaul location that is less than 1 mile from my house. Instead, I had to drive 23 miles to pick up the truck which ended up wasting 2 hours round trip. I was told by Uhaul central that they were adding 20 miles free to my reservation, and they would give me 1 extra day free. I could return the truck SATURDAY by 10 AM. Apparently, the other Uhaul locations did NOT get the information. Jake at the Knights Inn called me repeatedly on Friday to ask when I was returning the truck as another family was renting the truck at 2PM. Talk about STRESS. Then they had the nerve after I returned the truck by 3:30 on FRIDAY to charge me $13.22 for 2 gallons of gas.
Brenda BU-Haul App did not register GPS location - so I had to call customer service to return the vehicle.
Mark PExcellent customer service, explained contract well and was very nice and professional.
